Happy for the gym and the breakfast. location is convenient.

Worst WiFi! Never works so I burn through data. Even the tv wouldn’t work because of the internet issue. The room gets too hot but can’t leave the window open because it’s too loud.

Modern hotel in a good location. Lots of free parking & nice bar.

Noisy, both from traffic and also the guests at three overnight events left children unsupervised and we had to call the night manager twice to remedy.

Our stay was extremely comfortable, the room was good size , bed extremely comfortable and temperature controlled great. The room was quiet and blackout curtains worked well. Bathroom was clean and nice fluffy towels, rain shower was great and easy to control temperature. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, we were greeted by reception staff at all hours we entered the hotel, your front of house staff are a credit to the hotel. We did have a few drinks in the bar and looked at the menu for the restaurant, we found it to be a bit overpriced, so didn’t eat there but the service we received was friendly and professional. A good pub up the road with some good food and prices, Tesco, KFC , Costa across the road.

Everything. I stayed here previously, so it was a good choice for my next stay. My family loved the choice of hotel and amenities were great. The bathroom was clean, the bed was very comfy. Will definitely stay again. My mom nicknamed it Casa Amor lol. Thanks for a lovely stay 😘

I didn't know the heating was controlled from reception, so went to sleep and awoke to a very cold room. A sign in the room would be appreciated for future guests.

I gave al my company details to receive an invoice that includes my VAT. I was told the bill will be sent by email… got nothing. Then I sent an email to the reception with same request including all details to be mentioned on the bill… unfortunately they send me an invoice but the details were not in… useless!
