Staff, location, best breakfast ever.
Outside the hotels control but late night up till 2am noise from a bar at the side of the hotel. Ask for a room out the front.

Excellent location, very close to everything! Staff was super friendly and breakfast was great. The roof top restaurant is not to be missed - great food, awesome service and amazing views. Also really liked the nearby secure parking that the hotel offered. Stay here if you’re going to Malcesine!
For the price, we have nothing to complain about! Great value for money.

good central location. Had superior room on 3rd floor which was great size and had large view. breakfast was great
our room (304) had a bath and would of liked a shower. did not know you had to ask reception to put air conditioning on. Can be a bit noisy at night, but to be expected if in the centre

Bad comfort, extremely noisy air condition, no lake view as promised - window into big wall with a fan. Cannot find anything positive. Still tired after a nights "sleep".

Good location and clean but if you book with booking you will be treated poorly.
Very difficult to get to the hotel on a Saturday morning, no willingness to support with indications on where to park or what to visit.

I have a 3 yrs. old that had to sleep with us because they did not give us a small bed (we were willing to pay a supplement).

Amazing location close to everything, lots of restaurants around and the hotel has a restaurant of its own. Just a couple of minutes walk to bus stop and ferries. Nice staff. Breakfast available in the morning, quite basic hotel breakfast buffet. The hotel has a rooftop terrace!

Room and bathroom sizes are great, everything is new and it is in downtown, walking distance to anywhere! Staff is friendly and super nice! They have a rooftop, with awesome view!

The location is perfect. You can walk throughout the city center. Full of restaurants and cafes around it. They also have the town market a few steps from the hotel. The best of this hotel is its location and their staff, very helpful to any request. Thank you!
Parking is quite far from the hotel. You have to walk about 20 minutes and also finding the parking is not easy, even if the hotel staff gives you written instructions to get there, it is difficult to find the parking entrance.

The room was great. We could see the sunset over lake Garda and the breakfast was amazing too. The location was absolutely perfect.

Fantastic location, very comfortable room, smart and clean - and big balcony on the 3rd floor with great views.
Everyone was very welcoming, and we arrived late at night from Verona airport, and they had waited for us to arrive and let us in even though the flight was delayed.
