The neighborhood was so safe, the room was exactly like the pictures and the people working on reception were so nice. If I go to Milan i will definitely stay there again!

Great location to explore Milan - Chinatown with lots of street food and great bars is around the corner, and the Parc Sempione, Brera and even the Dome are within walking distance. Excellent value for money.

The free wifi didn't work for me, but otherwise all fine.

Honestly, the ladies at the reception were kind and the rooms were clean. The place is in Chinatown which is maybe 2km from milano centrale. We found it safe and easy to access using the tram et.al

Remember the ladies at the reception, they were nice but only to the extent of their instructions from management. Our room had a TV with no access to internet and a double bed. We told them to change the TV and get us a smart but unfortunately they could not. The same applied to the bed. The caretaker was rude in a mumbled language we couldn't understand when we requested him to come check our lights which had tripped. Oh whilst we are on this topic, Any late check in or any services by the caretaker after 11pm attracts 15 euros... Yea House keeping came into the room once whilst we were practically naked after knocking once. Had to lock myself in the shower. They also only clean the floor and bed. Dishes are on you. There is a hidden damage deposit of 50 euro which you only get to learn about upon check in. There are many booby traps in the house, eg. Tv on top of fridge, electric cooker next to sink, tiny bathroom etc. which may set you up to loosing the 50 euro

Very clean, comfortable and warm room. Great location - 10 minutes walk from the park Sempione and Sforzesco Castle, 15 minutes from the Duomo. Safe area. For those who want to gently get acquainted with Chinese culture, this is a great opportunity. Very helpful staff. Democratic price for Milan.

Shocking . The place is away different from the pictures. Funney thing u pay daily like hotel they change ur towel every three days. U have use ur wet towels three day in row. They left two small tiny shampoo. Shower too small u can stand properly. Its like prison ..
