Lovely people and great hotel with pool. Value for money.

hotel is near to manila ocean park. the staff are good and easy to talk to. the room is really spacious and has big queen beds. breakfast buffet food and choices are good.

very limited parking slots. there’s a parking lot near the hotel but need to pay. when we got there there’s no available parking even if it’s a weekday and was advised to park near the paco park!

great place to stay , big rooms , walking distance to restaurants. Friendly staff , buffet breakfast was good for the money.

Need to take taxi if you want to go to the Mall Ongoing construction across the street, lots of truck traffic.

bed, pillows, blanket was awesome.

waited for more than an hour for our preferred bed. gym was NOT what it used to be the last time we checked in here. the man on duty is talking inside his office to us who are in the concierge.. so it's like he's shouting the infos. must've accidentally glued his butt in his chair. so UNPROFESSIONAL!

The room is very big and so are the beds. They were really comfortable. There was also an elevator and the staff offered good service. The internet was really good!

The swimming pool was dirty and cold. The gym, half of the machines were in maintenance, and both of them closed at 8pm. The shower had a funny smell, too. The worst part was that you could hear EVERYTHING. From the streets noise (there was a chicken happy to wake us in the morning while we were on the 12th floor) to the elevators and the rooms nearby. Finally, I wouldn't recommend this district, we didn't feel safe going outside even during the day as 2 solo female travelers. We didn't try the breakfast at it was quite expensive (10€/person)

yes this is bad hotel same day we check out even we did not stay 4hours until they did not refund our money they say check with booking.com please support me on this issue thanks
