Atleast 2 bottles of water should be given as complimentary each day . Water bottles should not be chargeable. Breakfast should have different menus each day , same breakfast was repeated each day.

Located in an industrial zone, a bit remote from beaches and town, you absolutely have to have a car. The pool wasn’t open which wasn’t mentioned in the description. What else wasn’t mentioned, that there’s 300€ security deposit (in addition to 774€ charge for 4 nights) which was blocked on my account and 48 hours later still hasn’t been «unblocked ». There is a kitchenette in the room which they expect you to clean up upon departure otherwise there’s a 30€ cleaning fee. we didn’t cook, so it was no problem for us but I find it odd that a hotel that charged you such a high rate for a 3 star hotel also expects you to clean after yourself. but the worst thing was that the place is infested with ants. they were everywhere! the management seemed to react and put some product in our room, but it had no effect. i hope I didn’t bring them home with my suitcase. we actually chose this hotel because it said to have an charger for EVs at their parking. Eventually we decided not to use the EV and drove another car. but when we asked about the charger (just out of curiosity, coz we didn’t see it at the parking), they said it was a normal wall outlet and there’s a 20€ charge per use. and finally, 12€ for breakfast is way too expensive. i mean, when you pay almost 200€ per night for a 3-star hotel and don’t even get free breakfast, that’s really not right.

Room was ideal for my requirements.

No water in the pool which was a disappointment (maybe the hotel should have confirmed it wasn't available upon making my booking confirmation.

I was expecting more from kitchen facilities. Room was extremely cold, there was a heating which was maling lot of noise, so i needed to turn it off during night. Too expensive for what it gives.

Location is not pretty, but convenient. 5 to 10 min drive from everything

Room was not cleaned well at all, which is a shame in Corona times. Multiple tracks from previous visitors. Recleaned the whole room due to corona.

Friendlyness if personell (except when we should pay 20€ to use the pool for 2 hours in the afternoon (before 15:00) after having cleared the room early). Good pool not overcrowded and enough space. Double bed comfortable.

We stayed with our 15 year old son for 2 nights - one room double and a 2-level bed. In an industrial zone with view on Porsche and Volvo resellers in an unpersonal (but clean) room on maximum 3-star highway resort standard without refrigerator or tea/coffee machine for 480€ a night AND breakfast 11€/person "slightly exagerated". Even to get one cup - there was a microwave without any dishes - you had to sign. However, the double bed was very comfortable, the climatisation worked well and "unagressively" and a small "2-3 person fitness-room" and a nice pool (the best asset of the hotel) completed the good side. Also very quiet - except when an idiot tried out his overpowered Mercedes or Honda on the roads of the industrial center...which hapoened 4 times during our stay. About 6-8 Km from the beaches we could have found two 14 qm rooms with (smaller) swimming pool and breakfast 150€ cheaper...and we will.
