The hotel location was perfect,it was actually on the promenade.Tram was accessible close by Hosts were very lovely , helpful and responsive . We did not have breakfast there,so not sure what that was like .

Room/bathroom were very small . Was a tight fit for two of us . We had to lift luggage to 3rd floor , as there was no lift .

This is a family-run business. They are exceptionally friendly, and they even helped me improve my basic French by.. well, speaking French to me! Which I adored. In case of emergency there are also English-speaking personnel available. Also, I am on low sugar diet and, with the breakfast served at the hotel consisting mainly of pastry, jam and sweet yoghurt, I was thinking that maybe ordering breakfast had not been such a good idea after all. But the hosts found an alternative solution for my meals to keep them healthier! Finally, the hotel is situated at the beachfront (albeit a bit off the bustling streets - which is good), on the famous Promenade des Anglais so I enjoyed the perfect sea view. Also, the pillows were really comfortable.

There isn't really much to mention - apart from a shower drainage problem which was gone overnight, after I reported it. Also, the bed consisted of basically two single beds put together so there was a hollow space between them. But whether you sink into that spot is on you, on your sleeping habits.

It was perfect a couple of days wasn't long enough. We wished we could of stayed for longer. The view from our room was amazing. The room was lovely well set out and good sized bathroom and shower. The owner was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be going back. Thankyou for a wonderful couple of days.

property was on a very busy street La Promenade des Anglais it was impossible to sleep with the loud traffic noise only a few hours of sleep between 3 to 5am I would never stay there again:(
