All. Apartment, village, people...simply fantastic!!! I repeat, for sure!

Concerning the room everything was super! I loved the comfort of the bed and the tranquillity of the room itself. Also very well cleaned.

Unfortunately the real address of my apartment didn’t match what stated on Booking.com. I only discovered on the day of check-in that my apartment was at the Café Kaiser - Finkenherd 8 - instead of the Café zum Roland - Breite Strasse 2. The distance between these locations is 550m and the distance Finkenherd - supermarket becomes 800m. I’d have wanted to know this information before the booking, since for the same area there were other cheaper options on offer. Moreover they didn’t mention that you cannot pay with any card at the Café Kaiser. I was asked to go to the Café zum Roland, and when I arrived they told me the POS wasn’t working, so that I had to go to the bank to withdraw some cash and then back and forth again. I wasted 45 minutes and I had to delay my car rental drop-off and subsequently my train. All these setbacks could have been avoided by a more transparent communication. I hope this will be improved for the next guests.
