This small family run hotel is in a great location, clean and spacious. Upon arrival the owner checked us in and showed us to our room. All of the staff at The Torino were extremely helpful and happy to give us advice on where to visit during our holiday. We also rented the hotel electric bicycles for the day which were great fun and a quick way to see the city and surrounding beaches. I would definitely recommend staying at The Torino to anyone thinking about visiting this beautiful part of Italy. 5 stars!

The staff is incredibly helpful! Breakfast is nice. Location is amazing

Great location. Central but quiet. The owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. The breakfast on offer was OK, milk and cereal, fruit, yoghurt, croissants and jam or chocolate spread and freshly-made coffee.
I was able to hear the shower running in the next door room. Not too much of a problem, naturally, except when the next door neighbor decides to take a long shower in the middle of the night.

The hotel Torino is within a residential area. The good thing is that it is only a five minute walk away from the train station and within a few minutes of the main shopping street.
I was met at reception by a brother and sister combo, very friendly, who stated that they had only just purchased the hotel and intended to revamp it a bit.
The room was ok for the price, comfy, with a fridge and decent shower.
Breakfast served downstairs was adequate enough.
Fair VFM, good for the station.
I wish them all the best !
Not much of a view at all from rooms/my balcony .... but it is where it is. The rooms do need updating/redecorating.
3.5
Good location, great staff - kind and friendly. Breakfast was included.
It's not cheap, especially for a single room, in what isn't really in season and somewhere that hasn't been recently renovated, but it works for a night.
Amenities (3 small soap envelopes) could easily improved, there isn't even a hand soap bar... so you'll already spend one for that if you come back and forth. But I had my own shampoo, etc. this time, so there's that.
Isolation from street noise is poor, *but* it was Saturday night in my case and a pub was blasting music literally from the street next to the place, so if you stay during weekdays you might not have the same problem I had.

For patience and helpfulness the staff get an A+. Great location, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, open air market and waterfront. The mini-fridge was large enough to hold our sandwich making ingredients and our waters. The balcony with alley view was great.
We were told our room was on the first floor and we, unfortunately, expected a single stair case up from the ground floor which was something we could handle. Turned out to be three flights of stairs which was a problem for my husband and our friend who are both disabled.

The receptionist was very kind and was ready to meet us despite our late arrival. We were just here for one night before picking up a hire car, and it was great. Very simple and comfortable.
The bathroom was quite small, but to be expected in this style of hotel. The lighting in the room was very bright, making it hard to relax without switching them off completely.

Breakfast was simple but plentiful and served with grace and professionalism.
Nothing really - we were made very welcome in spite of late arrival. Reception is 24 hours. The hotel were very happy for us to leave our bags after checking out until our train at 4pm. Other guests were accommodated with their bikes. Very easy going and very central.

very nice staff (!!), everyday cleaning of the room, good price, loved staying there and would do so again
breakfast was too sweet for my taste :) some things in the bathroom need to be repaired (shower handle holder) and the cleaning lady does not need to trow away used soap and plastic cups everyday (we care about the environment)...
