The room was cleaned well

Breakfast stopped at 0800 not 0830. We had to go elsewhere. The other thing I didn't like was hearing the TV through the wall. The walls are paper thin and not great when you have a child.

I didn't like that I didn't get a text confirming that ah checkin was permitted, I just had to guess that my key was in an envelope at the desk

We stayed 6 nights, but room service didn't arrange our beds, which its seems the hotel rule.

Great location, friendly staff, what you'd expect for a motel style stay.

The noise in the morning is so unbelievably unbearable. We were under the restaurant and could hear the thuds of the restaurant from 5am. The room doesn't come with shampoo or toiletries except for 1 small soap bar and towels, you'd expect more for $400/night.

As a well travelled person who is ex international airline crew for Qantas Airways and spent years in and out of hotels i have to say for around $1900 for 7 days it was far to expensive as the room was very small tiny TV installed on the wall, bunk beds where the fridge was installed on the top bunk and very noisy, there was no in room facilities like electric jug or toaster when i turned the shower on the water spurted out of a small indented hole in the main shower nosel ,staff were quiet polite but all from Taiwan as it appears the hotel is owned by Taiwanese management the room i was allocated must have been below a stairway as you could hear people constantly walking up and down the stairs through my ceiling, unfortunately the room for the price was just far to expensive but keeping in mind its the peak snow ski season they over price everything.

the price is a bit expensive and the bed was too small the noise at night is too loud.

Beds were terrible, no support , Paper thin walls. The isolation is poor, you can hear neighbours around you .
