El personal y la disposición fueron excepcionales. Nos dejaron entrar a una habitación similar a la que agendamos desde las 5 am y por un incidente con la ducha luego nos cambiaron a la original sin problemas. El lugar era súper cálido incluso en el frío de Puno. Y nos sentimos muy bien recibidos.

El cartel de afuera necesita mejorar la señalización pues es difícil ver el nombre al llegar y buscarlo en taxi

We had messaged the day before what time we would arrive (13h30) but our bus was early and we arrived at a bit past 12h (check-in starts at 12h). we rang the bell but no one answered. we decided to wait for the owner to come back across the street in the shade. at about 13h15 we called the bell again and while we first thought no one would open the lady did open the door. She had been at the hotel the whole time but apparently did not hear our knocking or the doorbell. We were made aware quite quickly that they were redoing the rooms of the hotel so the down floor was full of work people (they were not an issue for us) Later that day we wanted to exit the hotel but the door was locked. The keys we received did not work on the front door. Calling the reception bell did not work but luckily the working people could call the hotel owner. So our main issue: either you have someone standing at the front desk the whole day or people should be able to leave and come back when they want through a key our with a door code.

-Central location for drop off and collection by Peruhop and other tour company -Beds were comfortable and plenty blankets -Staff were helpful and welcoming -All day hot water and tea -Shower was hot -Breakfast was satisfactory - freshly made juice, tea/coffee, bread with cheese, butter and jam available. -Cost effective

-The noise from the street (music mainly) was loud from the front room on the second floor we stayed on. Bring earplugs and/or ask for a room at the back of the hotel/quieter room.

the staff was not very friendly

Everything was great! Good hot shower, nice breakfast, helpful staff, very good value for money

Little noisy on the weekends

Great location, very friendly staff.

Rooms are basic but fine and clean. They also come for cleaning the room once a day which is not the usual hostel standard.

What could be improved: a hanger in the room for coats and wet towels, as well as regulating better the temperature of the shower as water came out boiling at times.
