First off all I’d like to say a big THANK YOU MOKO BEACH for hospitality. We really appreciate all your work,support and service. Our family had a magnificent holiday for 7 nights. We are from Ukraine so it was a really great desire to rest. The room is clean,the furniture ,TV, bathroom and all the needs from towels to bed sheets, soap shower gel are good quality. Every day cleaning and restocking mini bar. The food was delicious! Lots of different meat- chicken,turkey, duck and rabbit, pork and beef. Fish,mussels and shrimps Pancakes Belgium waffles, fruits, ice cream (on the beach restaurant). Pizza(4 kinds every day), shawarma,pasta. And a really big thank to a pastry-chef! The deserts were amazing! Restaurant high level. Lots of beverages,cocktails. Three pools on the beach,it takes 3 minutes to get there from hotel. The water is warm and very comfortable,especially for kids. The beach is behind pools and beach bar. It is very comfortable that it’s all close to each other. And a few words to personal. The best one is a guy, I think a main manager in blue trousers and shirt)) He can do anything and really worried about your vacation. Thanks again MOKO BEACH ❤️ We’ll certainly come next year.

Good location

..We received an apartment.. With partial sea view. But it was a bad smell in the room due to the carpet which was wet from the water running in the bathroom. The towels also had a very baaad smeeel.. Like it wasn't washed .All inclusive is not so good.. But fortunately you have lots of choises and you can choose something to eat.. Kinda disappointing for a 4 star hotel😞 It s ok if you stay only 2 or 3 nights Also.i had to pay for parking😞

Exceptional service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and both bars. Extensive choise of meals - European and Bulgarian cuisine and variety of drinks. Very hospitable staff, always ready to help. Interesting entartainment in the evenings, engaging the guests of the hotel. My family is delighted of their stay at Moko Beach.

The stairs between the beach and the hotel but we were assured that the hotel will be refurbished during the winter and hopefuly there will be lift installed.

very modern hotel, good food, on the beach. Big swimming pool, nice entertainment every evening. I warmly recommend it, especially for families with children

the see is a bit deep for small children and to find a sunbed you have to weak up and reserve early in the morning

Meals were great, wide selection, very helpful staff and managers. Beautiful location, very happy with everything and would recommend it to everyone.

Couldn't use the balcony because it was full of bees, maybe a solution for that would help.

The hotel is right on the Beach, both terraces, from the hotel and the bar, have sea view. The room and the bathroom were very spacious, with more than enough spaces to sleep for the three of us. We had access to a mini aqua park, priceless for my son, access to a bigger aqua park for an afternoon, too. I felt he has been safe and well entertained the whole time. We had ultra all inclusive and we literally did not need need anything else, every choice we could have was right there, included, at the beach or at the hotel, wherever we were. We will definitely be back to this property if back in Golden Sands.

The car park was full and we had to park with a driver’s help at a 5 minutes drive car park. Considering this situation, we didn’t have easy access to the car.
