great location.amazing view.room and bathroom are clean.Room large enough for a short stay.hygiene as it should be..It's great to wake up to the sound of the waves..Watching the sunset from the balcony is indescribable

Perfect sea view from the room, awesome location on the beach and in center but simultaneously calm area. Room being cleaned up each day.

I like all, just a small problem with the socket under TV which was not charging properly but would not find this as a huge issue. Recommending to stay.

Excellent location in Kokkari, spacious and clean room, the view from the balcony was superb and the owners super friendly and helpful. They recommended to us some very nice places to eat in kokkari and the food was indeed great. Mrs Despoina’s suggestions for places worth visiting made our holiday in Samos fantastic!

The hotel is in a beautiful location, overlooking the sea and only a short stroll both ways to the fabulous restaurants and bars of Kokkari. Despina, the owner attended to all our requests promptly, even allowing us to change rooms as we particularly liked the balcony on one of the rooms. The hotel is clean and comfortable and excellent value for money.
