Loved the entertainment,and the food was very good.

There was nothing I did not like

Personnel, bon emplacement, propre, proximité de la plage, bon rapport qualité prix. Très bon hôtel en all inclusive avec beaucoup de choix au buffet

La Clim avais du mal à fonctionner dans la chambre. Les enfants qui court et qui crie dans les couloirs, et les adultes qui parlent fort et qui crie et on entend tout depuis la chambre … Un peu de civilité de la part des autres clients renderait le séjour encore plus agréable pour tout le monde !

Eine sehr großzügige Anlage mit diversen Pools und Freizeit-/Sportangeboten. Das All Inclusiv Angebot war gut , die Mahlzeiten abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer und das Bad geräumig , der Balkon ebenso.

Die Unruhe bei den Mahlzeiten. Da sollte man vielleicht Benimmregeln in allen Sprachen gut lesbar anbringen.

Organização, Rigor com a limpeza, Diversidade da comida, piscinas, localização, animação, uma boa referência de tudo incluído em Portugal

Las comidas con una amplia variación de alimentos para todos los gustos y la presentación. La limpieza en el buffet. El personal de recepción excepcionales. Resolución agil de algun inconveniente por parte de la responsable de los diferentes espacios.

El sistema de hamacas en la piscina. Personas que colocan su toalla a primera hora de la mañana ocupando plazas y ausentándose durante largos momentos del día (mientras se van a comer, al snack, a la playa, a las habitaciones!) No hay ningún control sobre este tipo de práctica egoista. El personal de los buffets, los bares exteriores/interiores no son nada amables. No sonríen ni pagando. Parece que estén a disgusto. La animación tiene mucho que desear. Tanto en las zonas de baño como por las noches los espectáculos.

Very loud in general. Hard to sleep sometimes and with a 1 year old, its really hard to make him sleep due to the noise. We wanted to leave early due to a medical problem (child got sick and the father got a throat infection and we wanted to leave 2 days early. When asked if its possible to get reimbursed for the 2 remaining days if we leave, upper management refused because “our medical situation was not sufficiently critical” for them to do so. Additionally, the staff refused to give a glass of hot water for a tea during dinner, instructing us to go to a different bar, as hot water is not available during dinner in the dining area. ( we had an all inclusive plan). The food has a lot of variety but lacks any sort of quality.

THE FOOD AND FAMILY STUFF

The food was good but could be better.

Descent facilities, food available all day, all inclusive package good. Took an additional tour to visit the cave- was fantastic.

Drinks generally were poor quality. Stuck to gin and tonic as it was the only drink that was any good. All inclusive - not really! Some restaurants on site were additional to all inclusive deal

We went all inclusive and all the food was outstanding. A great variety and quality of food on offer. There wouldn't really have been any alternative however, as there are very few other restaurants nearby. The kids loved the pools and there is a choice of beautiful beaches within walking distance.

Plastic mattress covers on the beds made the nights uncomfortably hot - I understand why they have them but it was not comfortable. The booking and reservation process for the kids club was not efficient - we got turned away on more than one occasion after queuing for half an hour because they had reached capacity. Slow registration at each session - if you could book sessions in advance at reception, or have process explained at check-in, it would be better. Our Standard room was also much smaller than depicted in the picture.

Large garden area to sit, 2 restaurants, well maintained, comfortable rooms and beds, welcoming staff

The adult entertainment was of a very poor standard. And the DJ was horrendous. The entertainment just need a better stage production as lighting was not good and the rear of the stage was black so entertainers were not easy to see. The DJ cut from one tune to the next sometimes halfway through a tune. They did seem to check the dance floor to get a feel for what people were enjoying so randomly played different genres. As far as I could see some simple fixes would have transformed the evenings

Facilities were good, apart from everyone 'reserving' sunbeds.

The food was not great. Poorly cooked portuguese cuisine, and very samey.

I like how it catered to kids and the fact that they changed the choice of food everyday, the food was alright but nothing a bit of salt, pepper and tobasco sauce can’t sort! The beach was very local! literal walking distance, 5 minutes at most! (my daughter is a slow walker, so it could be quicker). Staff were attentive! Very family friendly. There was a Lidl a 5 minute drive away!

the kids show is quite late, but I mean it’s the holidays, routine out the window!! 45 minutes from the airport.

We arrived earlier than check in time and were surprised that our room was ready to go in. Food was very delicious with good choice, everyday room service, location is beautiful.
