El personal desde el front desk hasta el restaurante, todos super gentiles, platicadores, siempre dispuestos a ayudar para agendar transporte, para comer rico, para hacer recomendaciones, etc. Me encantó quedarme en este hotel!!!!

A woman who seemed to be the manager or decorator was rude when didn’t want me to sit at the lobby because they were trying a new carpet (huh?)
Really they couldn’t wait? Also, politeness goes a long way ;)

Pretty good location, creative design, a lot of nice little details
At check out they make you wait while checking the room (SUPER ANNOYING) and in my case they kept insisting I had something from the minibar , which I didn’t. Made me actually sign a paper stating that I didn’t have anything. Waster a lot of my time and completely destroyed the very positive impression I had before that

The room was small, even when the breakfast was good, the portions were small and if we want extra eggs, it was too expensive, same for the drinks in the room bar.

Trying to be the W but not quite made it - the room was quite tired and the air con tricky to control … at one point our phones turned off as they over heated!

The hotel was very stylish, comfortable and clean. The staff was always attentive, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great as well. The location was perfect, central and very safe. We would definitely come again!
You do notice some of the noise from the street. A room that is located on a higher floor would have been better, so that you can benefit most from the views.

We loved everything about this hotel. It has great style and design with a little humor. The staff was friendly and it was within walking distance of Parque de la 93 where there are many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious
