Lovely and very spacious villa with a beautiful garden and swimming pool, front lake view. Generally well maintained and equipped.

The area is a bit noisy with the train passing nearby and the presence of some army training camp. At the moment also several new constructions are in progress all around the villa.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was exceptional and better than the photos show. The villa is very spacious, and two of the bedrooms have a nice view of the lake. The villa itself is right on the lake. The living area and kitchen are huge, and the kitchen is well equipped. All of the rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The grounds are very nicely landscaped, and the pool is a highlight. The housekeeper and her husband were always on hand when needed and did a great job of taking care of the villa, grounds and pool. They even waited up for us until 2 am to allow us to check in. The villa also comes with the free use of a modern Vespa scooter, although we did not use this. I would highly recommend this place.

There seemed to be a water shortage in Hua Hin, so the villa was running off of a small backup water tank, which ran out a couple of times in the first few days. The housekeeper worked tirelessly to have this continually filled up. The owner was super responsive and installed a new larger tank quickly and without disturbing our stay. The water issue was resolved with this additional tank. The bbq is a charcoal type. It would be much nicer if a gas bbq were available.

Great view with lake and mountain.

Bath towels are low quality and not enough for all guests. Breakfast shall have more variety to choose than just offer the local street foods. We request King bed size in the big bedroom.

Khun Mam was very nice and friendly. She waited for us in the house with welcoming smile. The best of her is that she could get us anything we wanted, from fresh meat, seafood, sauce, ingredient, drinks to charcol for BBQ. The house was very clean. Kitchen is well equipted, you can cook, bake, roast here. Living room with comfy sofa and big screen TV. 3 Bed rooms with comfy beds. The master bed room has got a nice view and open-air jacuzzi. The pool with panorama lake view is fabulous!

Nice facility, very clean, housemaid came in every morning, bringing breakfast, do some housekeeping. We opted for her to leave as she could stay and help though out the day, but we preferred to do things by ourselves.

Some of the things got to be a bit old or not working properly, understand that the owner is a foreigner and is abroad, not able to come to the country because of COVID, so whether these things were not fixed, is understandable.

There was really noisy construction going on next door from early in the morning till late, 7 days a week (even Sunday morning). It was so loud we couldn’t even hear ourselves speak - completely ruined our holiday. Breakfast was included but it was very very poor (( we had to ordered from the outside cafe.
