Very friendly owners and the dogs were fabulous! The bedroom was spacious for us (family of 4) and the breakfast was amazing- fresh fruit salad, warm croissants then a fully cooked breakfast to get us through much of the day. Comfortable beds, fabulous shower with great pressure and plenty of hot water. A walk away from the local pub and restaurant or short drive into Galway. Stay here if you want a great night sleep in comfortable surroundings not too far from the busyness of Galway.

Thought the room and bed was small for two adults.

Excellent breakfast. Caroline was authentic and relaxed and the location was very peaceful. Lovely having animals about the place. It had a real home feeling. A home that is actually over 150 years old! Beautiful staying somewhere with so much history.
An earlier check in would be handy but actually did not cause us any issue at all.

I love the stay here in the cottage, Caroline and Bryan are soo kind, the room was good the breakfast was super, and the three dogs are adorable

It was very clean, comfortable, Caroline and her family were very welcoming, friendly, and great to talk with! We loved her dogs too they were so friendly and fun.

After we finalized our booking, Booking.com sent a message that we would have to pay extra if we wanted to use the second bed in our room. But when we got there, the host said that is not the case. So if this happens to you, don't worry about it.

What can I say? I have only good words to describe this place. Caroline is a fantastic hostess who makes you feel 'at home'. Spacious and clean room.
Excellent and plentiful breakfast cooked by her mum.
Plus there are two lovely dogs!

Location.
Unfortunately we didn’t meet the host as she was in Hospital so didn’t get the experience which we were expecting but the Mother was lovely and the breakfast was great!

A handy spin into Galway city.
Spotlessly clean.
Quaint setting.
Couldn’t check in until 7:30 pm and couldn’t accommodate early breakfast for us at 7am so we weren’t even in the property 12 hours.

Warm welcome from the owner. Bedroom and bathroom were pristine. The breakfast was fantastic and the dogs were adorable.
The double bed was very squeaky

Beautiful house and lovely hosts. Very helpful and went above and beyond for us, even dropped us back into town to get our car. Best breakfast I've had in a long time. Would recommend 100%
