very friendly staff and perfect facilitating! the location couldn’t be better: next to the ski slope and the lift, beautiful Mountain View, and short walking to the centre. fresh and tasty breakfast.

Great location. Ski to your door. Very friendly staff and super accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Clean and cozy. Ski chalet was adjacent to the slopes and close to everything Arosa.

Our stay was too short. Arosa was spectacular.

The staff were incredibly friendly and were trying their hard to make us feel safe and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and we received everything we've asked for on top. The location is also great - it's just a 3 min walk to the nearest cable car and you can ski directly back to the hotel. We loved it and would definitely come back next year! The covid restrictions were implemented thoroughly and we all felt really safe.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Daily cleaning and plentiful breakfast. We stayed under COVID regulations so the flexibility to use the living room and/or cutlery in the evening with take out (social distancing & masks strictly adhered) was greatly appreciated. Our stay was in Winter so we got to make use of the Pension’s numerous sledges which was a hit with our young child. The location of this Pension is stunning with ski to door possibilities. Delicious cheese fondue dinner also possible on premise.

If I were forced to make an improvement it would be to add a kettle and basic coffee/tea capabilities in the rooms. It’s also worth knowing this is a 3 floor property with no lift. Not a problem for us at all - my family appreciate the exercise - but worth noting so you know what to expect or request a lower level if this is an issue.
