Really enjoyed our stay. The property has many nice features including a community bike shed and hot tub on the enclosed back patio. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, yet was off the main drag so very quiet.

The condo was cutely decorated and had everything we needed (except washcloths). The location is ideal for walking and enjoying Moab and walking/running/biking along the River. The outside seating area was a great idea; however, was very dirty and basically unusable. This is an older unit so you will hear noise from neighboring units and the insta hot water heater.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties in the US and abroad and this by far was the worst experience we have ever had. It was overpriced for the location and the comforts. The building is tarpaper thin whereby you can hear every sound from the neighbors above! Every footstep, toilet flush, washing machine, conversations etc.,we were unable to sleep the entire night. We even contacted manager and no accommodation were made. We had originally thought we booked two nights and when received a call while just getting off a hiking trail that they packed up our belongings and dropped them off at a laundry matte, since the apartment was booked for that afternoon. We discovered that not all of our belongings were packed therefore we had to return to the unit and retrieve them. The manager indicated that the cleaning crew was there to get it ready and that was not the case. It was untouched. Very disturbing and we had felt violated regardless of the booking miscommunication. We then had to scramble to find another place at short notice during a marathon event the next day in the park. Again extremely overpriced for what it was.

The unit was lovely and perfectly equipped. Close to downtown and walking paths were a huge plus. Only negative comments would be hottub not working, grill not equipped with propane, and it was SO LOUD (unit above sounded like they were moving furniture for all 3 days many hours a day. And the furnace in the unit was incredibly loud) there's also a situation with the plumbing, when the unit above would drain ,perhaps the bath, it would back up into the bathtub in our unit, violently, like splash everywhere. )

We absolutely loved the flat. It was so clean and sparkly it felt like we were the first people to stay there. We loved the style decor and all the amenities from the kitchen to the washer:dryer to the outdoor patio with a grill and hot tub. We were so happy that dogs were allowed and we weren’t charged an exorbitant amount to have them along. They thoughtfully provided doggie waste bags and a list if dog friendly hikes in the binder and even included a veterinarian recommendation. For the humans of the group they provided coffee and amenities, a stocked kitchen for a variety of cooking needs, bathroom toiletries, plenty of plugs for all the gadgets, and even laundry soap! All the special touches made us feel very welcome and the convenience of the location and yard space for the doggies made it a relaxing and fun stay. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks!

Wonderful vacation rental and a great place to stay. Chose this because of location and pet friendly. Was very nice staying somewhere where we could walk into town and far enough from the main drag that there was plenty of parking. Place is small but very functions and clean. BBQ available and hot tub to use in the rear courtyard. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Moab.

Perfect summarizes our stay at this location! The location was so close to downtown. Literally like one block off Main Street. Such a super cute and clean unto too! The outdoor area was well done and conducive to meeting and visiting with other travelers. Owner provided recommendations for hiking locations other than the larger attractions. These other hikes were not nearly as crowded and provided beautiful hikes!! Will recommend this unit to others and stay here again if in the area

So very Clean, well decorated, great area and the common area is so cute. The hot tub and fire pit are were so nice. A secure place for the bikes was great. We loved it snd will be back!!

The location was great. However there is NO air circulation in the entire house and when it's 116 out and you can't turn the a/c down below 72 it get's pretty hot in there. The place was clean and well stocked, however

I just love Moab UT like I love Hawaii. The sky was full of clouds the accented the gorgeous rocks. This flat was perfectly located. Super clean and comfortable. I will return on a none holiday rate visit. 😊

Accurate listing. Had a backyard space where we could hang out and have our dog. There were two beds for us. When you get there the check-in and out process was easy. There is a binder with directions on what to do and useful tips. Very close to downtown shops and food. Perfect getaway for Moab.

Really enjoyed my stay! The place was nice, clean, and well furnished. I really appreciated the washer/dryer after days spent hiking. It's also walking distance to pretty much everything in town, really great location. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is very cozy and welcoming. It is very updated and modern. The location is perfect, and is walking distance to great restaurants and activities. I have only two complaints: 1. There must have been an owner with a pet previous to our stay, because I am severely allergic to pets and there was pet hair in the linens, which we had to spend time washing all of the bedding. 2. If you do plan on staying at Moab Flats I would highly suggest a unit that is on the top floor, this unit is on the bottom floor and it sounded like giants were above us and we're going to fall through the roof.

Great one bedroom that was nice and clean and cool for our hot summer's stay! Actually can sleep up to five with the huge couch and nice Murphy bed in its own little alcove. Completely remodeled with polished concrete floors and a great back patio for relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Everything about this place is awesome! Adorable condo with really nice hot tub and backyard area, including shed for our bikes. Great location. The reason for only 4 stars is that the walls/ceilings are thin and we could hear the people above us playing bad 80s music and stomping around like elephants at all hours, which woke up our daughter at one point. If the upstairs neighbors had been more considerate, it would have been 5 stars for sure! Next time we will just request an upstairs unit! ;-) Definitely a great place to stay and we will be back!

This condo immaculate! It was furnished to the T, very well designed and thought out. I wish I could have stayed longer. Access to the river trail is a block away if you have a pet - and then super close walk to the dog park. It is an apartment unit so as expected - you do hear your neighbors very easily. (Please if you bring a pet - don't leave them or let them bark! Units that allow pets are few and far between and I wouldn't want to lose this one to c

very modern, update condo. walking distance to main street. peaceful and quiet. clean. the backyard is a great gathering other for guest who are staying to socialize. spacious with king size bed. would definitely stay at this location again, and recommend it to friends. new appliances and very comfortable living area. pet friendly!!
