The location and the staff are the best points about this hotel. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the main square and restaurants. The staff are all super friendly and responsive and make you feel very welcome.

We had one of the few rooms without a window to the outside (there was an enormous window but it looked onto the door of another room - bizarre!). It was like being in a casino - you had no idea what it was like outside and couldn't let any fresh air enter. The room was very big, but the bathroom configuration was odd and was a super tight squeeze. The bed was comfortable but the quality of the sheets and towels are poor.

Service was great. Front desk answered questions and gave tips. Breakfast was excellent. Great location.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating; the location great. We received a rather large room for two adults and a kid, but the window was dark and tiny, pointing to the courtyard.

Location is the best, literally steps from the Opera. Breakfast is amazing. I arrived around 3am and they were available to let me in.

WiFi is basically non existent. Even where I could find the signal (in the dining room) the internet was slow and unreliable. The worst internet I've had in Brazil, tbh. Fortunately I had a Brazilian Sim card with a generous data plan so I did what I needed that way. But if you need to work online, and don't have alternatives, this is not going to happen here.

It is a very nice hotel located just off the main square with the opera house and all the beautiful houses, bars, restaurants. Very nice room and big bathroom. Breakfast is very plentiful and the staff are amazing! Well done.

The staff is polite, professional and several speak English which is extremely helpful when you don’t speak Portuguese. The breakfast buffet and omelette station are excellent. Also the hotel is only a block away from the Opera house and historic square full of shops, restaurants and live music

I had to leave because the WiFi connection didn’t work and my room safe was broken. I left two days early. I’m still waiting to get a reply regarding my refund for 2 nights. I had to book another hotel.

It was so clean and comfortable! And location was perfect, I had a view of the famed Manaus opera house 😁

This hotel has a unique ambience and interiors. It is located right in the city center

the furniture is beautiful but the room needs cosmetic renovation (wall paper is a bit shabby and the door needs an effort to be closed) The safe did not work.

The breakfast is good, with several local foods like Tapereba juice, x-caboquinho, tapioca, and açai(these last three on demand on the kitchen) The location is great! Pretty close to Theather, one block from the city's main square, where most of the bars are located, and delicious restaurants like Tambaqui de Banda.

The light in front of my room(106) was not working, so unlocking it was hard, especially when I arrived late at night. The AC was weak so I had to leave it on when I left to have a cool room but the person cleaning usually turned it off. After 9PM the lock the front door and it's scary there late at night, wait for the reception person knocking the door.

It was dirty and there were roaches in the room. There was also no toilet paper and it was in a sketchy area of town at night.

The location is very good, near the Opera House and little shops.

The breakfast was okay, but I suggest having more options for vegans and vegetarians, most of the pastries had some sort of meat.
