Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. Garage parking a bonus - very secure.

Access to each property was only possible through the garage door which was controlled centrally by reception. This somewhat unusual arrangement could, at times, be inconvenient particularly when other guests were being attended to by the staff. Why are guests not given access keys to their individual properties? Whilst the staff were very friendly communication, at times, was difficult due to the language barrier (even regular requests for garage access could be challenging!). The only access road to / from the hotel (located in the countryside, 7 km from town) was scheduled to be closed at 07:00hrs on the day of our departure to accommodate an international duathlon championship event taking place in the area; had we not been aware of this race, and enquired about potential road closures, we would have been stuck... and potentially missed our flight. This was clearly a one-off scenario but an effort to communicate should have been made.

The staff is very nice and attentive. Very close to xago beach, where you can find excellent waves.

Looks mental in the pictures but it’s a nice motel.
