First this is the First hotel to make check in 2:30 and i reach 2:25 to find one lady in the respcion called Neelam keep shouting for visitors to wait to make the process for check in ... no staff work for that no queue... no system...i reach my room after waiting 30 min ...

I got very big room as the receptionist was so nice , I got full support from them , my room was so much comfortable and big.
I recommend this hotel and for sure I’ll book again with them.

I liked how the employees are helpful even if its a problem from my side or the website side, in the other side i want to shout out to Ijaz he was so friendly, helpful and professional .
In addition of the house keeping department they existing whenever you need them.

I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone, very nice staff especially Mr.Surendra Kumar , I got a very special and comfortable room , security & room service also so kind , it’s my regular hotel when I visit Dubai

The room has poor air circulation,the double lock is broken, not working,the pillow r poor quality, make the neck pain, wen I got there they ask me to pay extra, the electricity connection for charging the phone damage my phone charger,no bath mat in d shower, they took 48 hrs to put one,there was no TV remote in the room it took them 48 hrs to bring one, not satisfy at all, very disappointed

hotel location is good closed to wafi mall alot of restaurants nearby
reception staff was very helpful he upgraded my room to junior suite the room is outstanding

The service was excellent, and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful and attentive. The Restaurant food and service was outstanding. I will definitely recommend reflections Hotel to friends.
