the hygiene of bathroom and the in room onsen can do better

In room onsen was amazing and beautiful view. Buffet breakfast/dinner was very convenient and quality was good and nice view of beginner slope. Smooth check-In and check out. Staff were also polite and helpful.

Privacy for in room onsen was poor due to construction on building in front of our room. Also requested room on higher floor for this reason at time of booking but was not accommodated. also room was rather hot and blankets had poor breathability and were rather sweaty.

Walking distance to the ski base.

Room lighting brightness need to improve. Room size is too cramped for 4 pax stay.

In comparison, the breakfast and dinners are less sumptuous.

Breakfast was great, beds were great, room was exceptional. We got the room with the private onsen, which was fantastic for the rest and recovery from snowboarding. Being right next to the slopes was a phenomenal experience.

The onsen was smaller than we were expecting. Still fit 2 people comfortably, but for paying almost 4x more for it, I was expecting it to be at least 5x5 feet. It was closer to 3x3. Did the job, but I would’ve made plans to come back several more times if it were better priced.
