Die Apartments sind groß, komfortabel und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Haus liegt in zentraler Lage in der fußläufigen Nähe eines großem Einkaufszentrum. In den Abendstunden sind auch einige Clubs in denen man bei Musik verweilen kann fußläufig oder auch günstig mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Das Management von dem Apartmenthaus ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Der Poolbereich müsste mal renoviert werden.

I loved the fact there was a full kitchen with more cupboards than you could possibly use. The kitchen equipment was basic and the pans weren't designed for electric hobs, but it worked fine and I'm sure they would have supplied more on request. Everything worked and was very clean; plenty of towels and a water dispenser (KSH 300 to refill) and enough cups/plates. The bed was firm, which suits me but may be too hard for some people and bedlinen was good quality. Tons of cupboards although there could have been more coat hangers. Bathroom nice with good water pressure although I had to ask for soap. The sitting area was nice with a good range of sockets for working, I could easily bring colleagues in. It's a great area too, quiet but only 5 minutes walk from an enormous mall, where there is also a range of food outlets and a massive Carrefour.

As with many other serviced apartments, it would be nice to have basics like salt/sugar/tea/coffee available. I bring my own but it's appreciated when these are there. The fridge was dying noisily when I arrived and died completely the second evening, but couldn't be replaced until the following morning - desk staff were very helpful but obviously knew it was on its way out, so it should have been replaced sooner. That gave me stress as I'd cooked a curry and had purchased a range of dairy products. The apartment overall was quite dark and many windows faced internal corridors. The pool was full of algae and had obviously not been maintained at all - I'm really not fussy about where I swim but drew the line at this one.

Good location , near shopping mall and easy access from the airport and to places such as Westland / Gigiri and Parklands / lerosho . The staff was very friendly and helpful .

I like everything about Fenesi Garden apartments, very quiet and clean .

I heard that there was a restaurant on the premises but has been closed because of covid 19 and never reopened. It would be nice to see ot in operation again.

Spacious, light and quiet.

Would be good to have a business centre for printing, scanning.
