Nice place, modern rooms, everything just up to a very good standard. The owners reached out to us the morning before our arrival with all info & instructions - felt really welcome. You can really get there with a car which is something rather complicated with other accommodations in Urbino.

It is next to the main road with lots of heavy vehicles so not great for noise. Also, the walk to town is maybe slightly longer than 5 minutes as advertised.

The breakfast was good. Nice location.

The bed was a bit small and the we room too hot. We couldn’t turn the heat down.

Hosts are very nice and helpful (gave me some useful tips) and the breakfast is exceptional (great cappuccino, lots of other food, extra was offered).

Location is perfect to access the old town, however very close to the main street. On the other side, there’s parking next to the property, what would not be possible in the old town..

Very clean accommodation; friendly staff; seems to have been newly renovated.

Located on a busy street

The owners were very well organised in terms of communicating access and check in. The breakfast was also at the superior scale of Italian B&B options.

Parking is available, but a bit tight due to the location. It is unclear how many cars can be accomodated, so best to arrive early. It's a short walk to the old town entrance, but the initial 200m or so lacks any footpath, so best to be wary of traffic , especially at night.

Everything was great. The room, the location, the breakfast and the hosts. Very short walk to the historical center. Highly recommended 🙂

Nobody in my family got any sleep during our stay. Our room faced the front of the building, which is on a very busy road. Road noise all night and all morning. Average breakfast. Room needs more power outlets near the beds, for overnight charging of phones.

The walk to the city centre wax on a very busy toad and steep - a better option for guests is to park at St Lucia snd get lifts to top Free 3 hr parking if you shop

It was very difficult to exit the parking because of blind view of traffic from right and left….. very difficult !!

The location is perfect for exploring Urbino and the countryside. Our host, Sabine, and her staff were most welcoming and made our stay very comfortable & memorable. The room was large, very clean, had a comfortable king size bed and great shower. Sabine provided fresh local products for our sweet & savoury breakfasts. She recommended a wonderful restaurant/pizzeria (Amici Meie) which was outside the city walls and just 5 min. drive from the B & B. The lovely historical town of Urbino is in walking distance. However, much of the city has steep inclines and make walking it challenging. There are public parking sites with elevators. I highly recommend staying at B & B Villa Paradiso.

The owner, Sabina, and her staff are friendly and helpful with all the questions and needs I had. The enclosed garden was lovely and added to the tranquility of the setting of the B&B. A quick walk to the town made it a great spot.

Room was super clean and very well maintained, even though a little bit on the cool and dump side. Good wifi connections overall. Staff are excellent, location is great, easily walkable to all main attractions throughout the town.

Breakfast is a little on the dull side, not much variety, all carbs, even if they were home-made and quite delicious, which might very well be due to our own choices, even though we could see that on other tables, it was just some boring ham as well for the protein. For eggs and other items, you'd be expected to pay extra.

The property was well positioned to have good views of Urbino. Sabina was very responsive and helpful when I telephoned her. Antonella was very pleasant at breakfast and looked after us very well.

It would have been more friendly to have met Sabina or Michele. It all felt a little remote. Also the nature of the room locks meant that the door of our room opened at odd times - once during the night. It seemed as if using the same code opened more than one room!

Everything. Checking in was a breeze. Lack of internet connection was resolved within minutes. Spotless room, great bathroom and linen. Antonella was as professional and gracious. Loved it all.

Rubber, non skid mat for the shower. A couple more drinking glasses. One more pillow. Really, everything was A1.
