Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff, the cleanness, the location everything ! I'm very happy for choosing this hotel for our staying in Ayvalik. The personnel is so kind and friendly, the food very tasty, and the Turkish coffee amazing 🧡

The hotel is situated at great location.The room was very comfortable, with good view, 100% boutique! The breakfast was delicious, very tasty and yummy! The owner and the staff are very kind and pleasant people, paying attention with details to every guest! The garden is beautiful and cozy! I recommend definitely and will visit again!

This was a wonderful experience and I will certainly stay here again! The property is a big house with a yard, where you can also sit down and relax/socialize with other guests, the rooms were bigger than I expected, each having a fridge, balcony, wardrobe, TV, AC etc. The bathrooms were spacious, cozy and clean as well. The hotel offers a laundry, a load is around 150 TRL, which is a bit too much if you travel light-weight as I did, however for a family it would be a great deal, as the laundry and drying machine the owner showed me were industrial size and could fit a lot of clothes! The property was very quiet, it seems that the nearest mosques were far away and were rarely heard, unlike other places along the Aegean cost. There is also a parking place, which as well as the public areas of the house are CCTV controlled, so everything is quite secure (although the entire Ayvalik seemed pretty safe in general). The breakfast was very rich and I really regret having to skip the last one, as I had to leave early - fresh veggies and fruits, bread, jam, salami, cheeses, some pastries. The owner speaks a little English and little Bulgarian (he was born in Bulgaria), but with Google translate you have no issues in communicating. He knew everything you need to know about Ayvalik, best beaches, nearest supermarkets, good restaurants etc. The location itself was a bonus for me, as I wanted something further from the center, but keep in mind that you are several kilometers away from the center and best beaches. There is a local beach very nearby, it is quite small but I liked it better than the others as I wanted some rest and peacefulness after a long trip.

It is wonderful hotel located in very nice and quite side of Ayvalik. Here you can just switch off and dive into vacation mode. Everything was 10 out of 10 - room, cleanliness, staff, breakfast. View of deluxe room is fantastic. Owners of the hotel are very warm people, they would always make sure that you are comfortable and carried. Many many thanks! Ser you next year!

Cosy hotel, nice furniture, good breakfast, helpful staff

The hotel owner/manager was extremely helpful and made us breakfast two hours early because he knew we had a ferry to catch. The garden is charming as was the view of it from our bedroom window and terrace. We were given a choice of two rooms. The room was pleasantly appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Larger than average for the location and price.

No electric kettle in the room to make tea n coffee

Owners greeted us at door and upgraded our rooms with sea view free. Ahmet and Nilüfer fantastic hosts and we have feel like we are own our home. Hotel was clean top to bottom. Also two helpers prepared us perfect breakfast. We will definitely visit again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

The host was very welcoming, kind and super helpful. All in all, a fantastic stay.

The location is very close to the see. The room was very clean and spacious with beautiful furniture. Very tasty breakfasts, they were different every day, everything was fresh and looked appealing. The place was full of kindness, the stuff and the owners. The owner took care of the desinfecion things which was very good and protective! A relly gooooood place to stay!!!!!

One disadvantage was the Air conditioner just above the bed and our heads and we could not make use of it because we could get cold. It should be In a different place In my opiniom. Maybe In different rooms it is alocated In a different place but for us it was seen as a minus.

Very good breakfast with a lot of choices! The view of the sea from the balcony was excellent! Mr Ahmed is very helpful.

We chose this pension for a one-night transit on the way to our vacation. I requested a quiet room, instead I received the first room on the entrance hall where all the tourists went up and down. Any noise could be heard throughout the room! We wanted to take a shower, to the bathroom surprise, the shower hose was missing! We wanted to serve breakfast in the first hour as it is served in any hotel, but I received the answer that the staff comes only at 09.00 or at the earliest at 08.30. We would have been happy if we could have had a little coffee before we left, but we couldn't.

Very friendly hosts and excellent accommodation - the room and bathroom are spacious and the breakfast is delicious.
