Everything about the property was great, except for the shower. The head is broken, I had to hold it during my shower. Also the water pressure is non-existent.
The shower head is broken and no water pressure.
Also, a neighbor threw a party from 0300-0530. Loud music.

Big apartment, clean and comfortable with all needed things inside. The most important thing was that bedrooms were with garden view so no noise came from the crowded street which is in front of the building.

The studio was very comfortable, spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The lighting was especially pleasant and the wardrobes were brilliantly situated. The bathroom had everything you needed and the kitchenette was very convenient.

We liked apartment very much. It was really nice, comfortable, cosy and fully equipped. The host - Konstantinos was really great person, very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to him from us.

Great place in the center of Thessaloniki. Clean, well-equipped, and spacious apartment. The staff was terrific and practical, willing to help with all our needs during the stay. We'll stay here on our next visit to Thessaloniki.

All the things at polis apartments is very nice, its so many times that we stay there , except this time recepcionist girl was not welcoming.!
Recepsionist girl was not welcoming. Eventhough that the road was blocked from construction that was going, she didnt send us at least one mail to inform that we cant drive on that road, we spent one hour inside thessaloniki to arrive to hotel , and we were with infant babies, she said that its not her problem and she didnt do the construction and she got upset when se were asking her why at least we didnt get one email to know, at least we would go to the parking direclty and not stuck in the trafic because of this .
Our sugesstion when we checked out to her was at least u can smile, she didnt do also that smile.
So we will recomend to smile her and be more welcoming to anyone who comes as a guest at hotel.

Everything was great! Starting with the communication with Eleni and Konstantinos, until the check- out. Really nice and helpful employees, kind and always ready to answer your questions. The apartment was very well equipped, the bed, the kitchen, bathroom- the cleanliness and details were optimal. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to friends! Plus, we would love to come back ourselves. Thank you so much for making our stay as nice as possible.
