Das Frühstück und das Ambiente im Frühstücksraum waren kalt und unpersönlich - alles mit Plastik- Tellern und -Besteck - nicht nachhaltig. Die Auswahl an Essen war schlicht, aber dennoch hat es geschmeckt und man hatte damit einen guten Start in den Tag!😉

I really liked how well organized the staff were in finding my reservation, they were even expecting me. The room service was really nice and the food was really good as well. The price for the comfort, room size, and proximity to both downtown and the airport is completely unmatched. They even provide a shuttle service for guests.

It was a very stark contrast to navigate the basement garage in comparison to the lobby and the hallways. I recommend more signage and more lighting as it seemed really dangerous and solitary down there.

Shuttle to the airport longer and less frequent than expected

Hotel is very close to the airport and hotel transfer service is very quick and responsive. We needed to call them to pick us up from the airport as soon as we arrived and in around 10mins, pick up service was there. It is good to stay 1 night over in a case if you have a flight connection next day. Food can be ordered through 24h room service and the menu consists of a variety of Mexican dishes.

Rooms are not well isolated so we could hear an alarm from both 2 rooms besides around 4am in the morning.

Nice place to stay when having a flight on the next day. 24h room service for food. Pick-up from the airport is quick and very efficient and friendly. Hotel is super close to the airport.

Closeness to the airport was exceptional.

People at reception desk didn’t find my reservation in the their system, however I showed them a message from City Express by Marriot where they were confirming such reservation and even extending a welcome to me. The experience was very unpleasant due to the fact itself and also given the time this incident occurred since it was 2:30 am on the18th of this month. They finally agreed to provide me with a room but as long as the payment was made in cash, which I found very offensive, however I had not choice but accept it. In my opinion, booking.com should definitely take note of these details and avoid them being repeated. What assurance can I have that in the future this type of situations will not be repeated?

The water stopped working in the morning. Not enough towels. Had to ask 4 times only to no receive them. We had to go to reception ourselves and ask for them. WiFi was awful and intermittent

Close to airport, new and modern building.

Shuttle took 45 mins to come to terminal 2 which was disappointing late at night after two phone calls. Breakfast was ok, mostly empty of food by 8am.

Despite the fact that I had a valid reservation made through booking, secured with my credit card, the hotel staff informed me that they could not keep the reservation because it should have been paid for by 6 pm. And nevertheless they could have charged the card. They said this is not their problem and that they are not responsible for reservations made via booking.com. They were unhelpful in all possible ways. I had to look for another hotel in Mexico City around 21-22 pm and go there at my own cost. I will never again make any reservation in this hotel and I will not recommend anybody to stay there - given the place (Mexico city with a high level of crime) and late hour, such situations can be in fact quite dangerous.

Toilet was broken and AC didn’t cool properly

Clean place overall. Great breakfast and great people working in the kitchen...

Prices on vending machines are ridiculous, not because we can't afford it, but not....
