Spacious and clean rooms. Easy access from motorway. Super good quality breakfast with very friendly staff.

No help at electronic check-in. Amount due debited twice. This was corrected the next morning though. The fridge in our room was littered with half-filled drinks.

We booked in the evening for the same night. Auto check-in was easy and the room was very comfy. The hotel is surrounded by trees and is calm.

The breakfast was exactly what was needed, with options for a hot or cold breakfast, a meat lovers or vegetarian style, with plenty of options. The only staff to directly interact were the ladies in the restaurant, which were really helpful and serviable. The room was modern and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also modern and nice, very clean, with a silent door and walk-in shower. The free parking place was plentiful and nice. The view and the area are... rural Switzeerland... a joy!

Sadly, even if from the beginning, in my initial booking, I have specified that I need rooms with french (separate) beds, sadly, reaching the hotel and making the self check-in, only one room fit my needs, the other not, aving a double bed. We had to lose about 30 min. and 3 phone calls in order to solve the issue, but happily, the customer support were kind enough to help us solve the problem by ourselves (do not think that an actual person solved our issue for us). Then, the company invoice... even if I have followed all the instructions, sending an e-mail with the company details and requesting an invoice on the company, I first received an awkward reply (that the booking was made through an external platform Booking.com, they will provide an invoice, but would better cancel the beeing and redo the booking directly following their website). I then replied that there is no need for that and I only want an invoice on the company with the already provided details. Days have passed, made the check-out, but the invoice did not come. I again replied and asked for the invoice, but to only get back a reply to send them thecompany details, which I have already given starting with my first e-mail to them, so I started to get angry and complained. Finally I was able to receive, after again sending them the company details, a clear and good company invoice. Why so hard???

Unlike last time (noises from outside) This time everything was good!
