This was the best week I could've asked for, at the best location. Kamaole Sands is across the street from a beautiful beach that was never too busy or crowded. It is a nice morning walk away from a Kihei Caffe and Starbucks. It's an easy drive distance to so many beaches/snorkel areas/restaurants, etc. The place itself was spacious and cozy and had everything we needed for our week there! (not to mention the pool and hot tub!)

Our original place we booked was a 3 bedroom condo. About a month before our trip we were emailed that it was no longer available due to plumbing issues. The only thing that was offered after that was a 2 bedroom with bunk beds. Very disappointed and cramped for our group of 7. But being so close to our trip and the time it would have taken for a refund we were left with very little choice. Other than that, the view was beautiful and we had front row seats to a sunset every night. The place was clean and well maintained. We had boogies boards, a wagon, snorkeling gear, an umbrella and beach chairs, for us to use and take to the beaches. We could walk directly to the beach every morning and the property had outdoor showers to get the sand and salt off you after a day at the beach. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very nice!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s perfect location and has a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets. Was clean, comfortable beds and nice well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again for sure!

This unit exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view from the lanai and the unit was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and so was the beach equipment, which we used and appreciated. Loved that one of the bedrooms had a bunk bed and a separate double (or queen?) bed. Made it easier for our teens to share the room. Great communication and it was so easy to check in. Would love to stay here next time!

Family holiday enjoyed by everyone

Condo was great. Good location to see all that Maui has to offer. Condo is close to the beach, clean and well equipped with kitchen and beach gear.

We arrived very late and were a tad confused where the office was but got settled in. The AC was much needed and everything so comfortable from the pillows to the mattresses. We have kids who can’t swim and they provided life jackets, bogey boards, and beach towels. I was impressed with the space and everything that was available to us. The beach was right across the street and, overall, the location was right in the middle of everything. We will be booking annual trips here in the future.

This property was perfect for our stay! It was clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. Loved every second.

Overall, really loved this place. Very clean, comfy and well stocked. Appreciated TVs in both bedrooms. Should note that the AC really only cools the main living room. The bedrooms gets really hot at night. Luckily they do have multiple fans in the bedrooms but still quite warm. The screen door for the lanai was off the rails but it was so hot, we didn't want to let the cold air from the AC out anyway. Location is right across the street from Kamaole Beach III but just down the street from Kamaole Beach II which was more appropriate for kids. Biggest issue was we called/reached out to property management the first day re: checking in and never heard back. That said, we liked the place enough to come back. :)

We enjoyed the condo. Well supplied and close to the beach.

This condo was just as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make some meals, the beds were comfy and we had lots of room. There was a great selection of water toys, beach chairs and even an umbrella. The view from the lanai was beautiful as the complex is right across from the beach and this unit was in the building closest to it. The complex itself is very well maintained, clean and quiet at night. There is a pool, hot tubs, and several barbecues for guest use. Communication was great and any questions we had were always answered quickly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Condo was located within walking distance of several beaches, nice shops and restaurants. Also food trucks just down the road. The condo was stocked with every item I could think of for the beach even down to a wagon to take everything with you to the beach. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub area was nice although the adult hot tub was excessively hot. The grills were a nice option to be able to cook vs eating out. We had plenty of space and a good time for the little time we spent inside. My only complaint would be the issues we had with parking, they were quickly resolved though.

Our overall impression was terrific. We were a little disappointed with how dirty the floors were. Some of the beach chairs need to be replaced and the storage unit where the chairs are stored is a dirty mess. Fix the light above the sink and I would guess it's time for a new garbage disposal. That said, we will book again. Thanks

Our stay at 4-210 was wonderful overall. The fact that it was on the top floor allowed for high vaulted ceilings and a loft (although not totally private) made it a very spacious and open feeling. Shower water did not get very hot in either bathroom but I am sure this could be adjusted very easily for the next guests. Loved the large round kitchen table and area where we made great memories together! This was a property I highly suggest and would stay here again.

This was the perfect location to have easy access to the beach. It was also close enough to walk to restaurants and other places. Only complaint was the house wasn’t stocked with much when it was expecting 8 people. We had to go out and buy toilet paper and other things the second day we were there.

We enjoyed the balcony space off of the LR. Beds were fine; good sleep after wonderful times enjoying all Maui has to offer. Great location and comfortable unit. Nice and very livable!

This property was great. The house was clean and well stocked. We were grateful it had A/C and the location to the beach was super close. We also appreciated the beach toys available to use.

Disappointed with Vrbo that I was not notified there were additional site fees when I arrived.

We so enjoyed our stay here! Everything was so convenient, very clean, and very well stocked! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location , great condo, easy check in, wonderful amenities

Clean, a little dated. Fully stocked kitchen. Great BBQ area. Pool and hot tubs a plus. Tons of beach stuff. Lots of sleeping space. Location is perfect. The bedrooms get a little warm but several fans. Property Managment very responsive. For the price I don’t think it could be beat. I would stay again.

We loved our stay at Kamaole. The condo was great! We enjoyed the beach chairs for nightly sunset watching across the street at the beach. My boys used the boogie boards. We are a family of five with the three teenagers and there was plenty of space.

This condo was perfect for our small group. You have the perfect ocean view, the condo stays cool, and you’re directly across the street from a great beach! The staff at the front desk were also amazing and called me right away when I had my wedding flowers delivered. Would most definitely stay here again!
