From the moment we walked in the door we loved every part of our stay. From the beautiful decor to having everything we could possibly need our stay was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean. The walk to the beach was perfect and the heated pool was heaven. The owners really went above and beyond. I have rented a lot of places and this by far was the best. I will be back!! We loved our stay. Thank you!!

The house and furnishings were beautiful. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was awesome and always at a perfect temperature with a little shade in the afternoon. We loved that the house was so close to the beach. Beach walks and sunsets were incredible! We would stay again and recommend this house to anyone travelling to Anna Maria Island. We miss it already! The only concern we had was no handrail in the pool. We had a senior with us and she had some difficulty entering and exiting the pool. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

It has sufficient space to accommodate 6 people comfortably. With a large combined dining room and living room, seating at the bar, and two outside decks there is plenty of personal space available. The two smaller bedrooms are a little tight and share a small bathroom, but that is a minor issue when compared to the overall living area. The private pool and backyard area with grill allow for plenty of outdoor activities if the nearby beach is too crowded for your taste. Overall the most comfortable vacation rental we have experienced in over 15 years.

This house is very well built with good quality furnishings. A short walk to the beach and trolley. The pool is great. We stayed a week and was very comfortable.

Wonderful vacation home! Would stay again. Only improvements would be sprinklers came on at 3 PM at the pool. Dusk or evening would be better. Beach chairs need replacing. Key pickup is unnecessary as there is a lock box. Very confusing emails and text messages as to key/lock box. Overall 5 stars!

Lived this house!! Lots of stairs, which we got used to very quickly! Beautiful house, we loved the pool. Only a few blocks from the beach!! Only suggestion is to put a light at the bottom of the stairs to the pool. At night it’s hard to see the last step and we almost missed it!!

I have stayed in numerous rental homes on Florida's Gulf Coast and this is the first "rental" that actually looks and feels like a "home" rather than an owner's rental property. The home is furnished with quality furniture, nicely decorated, a great open floor plan with decks on two floors over looking a private pool, which includes numerous floats, toys, and a wagon you can take to the beach, which is just a couple of blocks away. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance and the owner has provided a very detailed notebook of the numerous bars, restaurants, water sport rental locations, great shopping spots, as well as several area attractions. I could not be more satisfied with the property. I highly recommend this home for families of 6 or less and for up to 3 couples. I understand the attached home is a 5 bedroom for larger groups. We look forward to staying here at least once per year. You cannot go wrong with this home. Enjoy your stay.

We loved the house and the location. The house was very upscale and included a fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable and rooms bright. We did have some minor issues with the smart tv, a few times the internet would fade in and out and we would lose our program. The pool area was sunny and not too many trees/vegetation which often keeps the sunlight out. We would definitely rent this house again, you can tell it is loved by the family who owns it.

Loved our stay in this spacious amazing house! Everything was super clean and well taken care of. Nicest house and pool we've had in all of our many stays at AMI!
Only negative was being away from the beach. This was our first time not staying directly on the beach, not that it was very far, but with little kids it did keep us from walking out and using it as we have in the past.
The wagon was a huge bonus that helped us out in getting stuff to the beach!

We loved our stay at LaMadeira! The house was just as pictured...and then some. Beautiful and tasteful decor with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space and hangers. Lots of outdoor lounging options and a nice-sized pool. Beach chairs and supplies were available for use. The beach was just a short walk. The one thing that did keep us inside was football, which was made even better with the Bose sound!

We own a company and work nonstop 7 days a week. We really needed to rest. This was very private and comfortable. The owners thought of everything down to the hair dryers, iron and great cookware just like my own. Comfortable beds, sofa, and dining. It was decorated exactly the way a beach home should be. Hats off to great taste!
We will be back!

This is the 5th year that we have stayed on Anna Maria Island for Spring Break and this was definitely the nicest house we have stayed in! Great location! Close to the beach but the pool area is wonderful too! The house had everything we needed and more. We can't wait to get back to the island!

We have stayed in a few different holiday homes. This one is by far the best one. In general, high quality furniture and well built house. The house feels solid and not a cheap paper board house. Very nice heated pool. I was a bit afraid my kids (3 and 6 years old) would feel it was too far to the beach, but it was a short 5 minute walk. Would not hesitate to rent again
