This home was all that we expected it to be. Super quick walk to the beach!! Short drive to restaurants and shopping.

Very cute house with a little pool in backyard. It’s about 2 blocks from beach. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Only complaint is that we could not use the pull out sofa as there were no sheets. I contacted the local property manager by email with no response. I would only recommend 6 people stay at this location. Generally very good

Excellent place for relaxing beach vacation

We had a great time during our extended January weekend. The weather was a bit chilly but we enjoyed the time walking around the quaint island. Short walk to the beach was nice! Interior a bit dated but has everything you need. Loved the Keurig coffee machine! Only improvement would be more notification to have the pool heated prior to arrival. Would come back:)

The online pictures do not do this property justice. Beautiful, clean, spacious , comfortable accommodations. five minute walk to the beach.

The house was great, the pool was a lil smaller (but adequate) than it looked in pic. House was very clean. Location was easy walk to beach. The things in our opinion that could be different.......Our pool alarm was not allowing us House access , without setting it off, to get back in. Limiting the hours we could actually use it, so we wern't setting it off too late, for not disturbing our quiet neighborhood. I kinda feel a lil refund is in order, we called it in, was never resolved. The kitchen needs sharp knives, and a new Sharpener. Knives were pretty useless. We had six people, not enough towels, toilet paper, Dishwasher cubes. When you pay as much as this, you would think they could supply the paper , and more than one roll of paper towels, and one kitchen towel. The house was super cute, super clean. Most places have a cabinet where guest can leave salt, pepper, etc. For the next guests, there was no salt or pepper, or spices of any kind. Salt & Pepper would have been nice. Over all a good stay, with a couple things that could improve.

We loved the location, off-street parking, landscaping in front and so beautiful and private in back! The little pool was perfect to take a quick dip or a leisurely soak after a day of ocean waves. The inside of this home easily accommodated six adults. We loved the oval dining table which hosted a very fun game of cards during a thunderstorm! We highly recommend 1) Oma’s Pizza- THE BEST STROMBOLI and all home-made right in front of you! 2) Small Town Creamery: Great local small business with many options (even dairy-free!) 3) Poppo’s: Burrito’s, Bowls, etc. all homemade and delicious! The only downsides for us were the following: There were many extra pillows but no pillow cases. There were no sheets for the pull-out sofa in the front room. But honestly, that was it! Great place and Great Vacation! We love AMI!

The beach cottage was very nice and comfortable. I loved that it was close to the beach. A very beautiful beach. It was very clean and had a wonderful kitchen to cook meals. We walked to beach several times a day. Awesome sunsets. So close to beach access. We had enough space for 7 ladies. The pool was very relaxing. The Wi Fi was not working during our stay. We could not watch tv. We had some trouble getting into house as code did not work. We called and they helped us get inside. Looking forward to going back! Awesome vacation!

Loved this place! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 small children with room for more. Kids loved the pool. Especially appreciated the pool safety features with the screen door alarm and the fence. Well stocked kitchen. Close to the beautiful beach. Would love to rent this place again.

This is now my favorite VRBO home. I can’t say enough about it, comfortable, great location, a true Florida beach vacation experience.

Beautifully designed, relaxing cocktail pool, large screened in porch, and perfectly located for quick access to the beach, Rod & Reel, and Pine St retail. Great house layout with the ability to have an office for remote work. Love this house!

We absolutely loved the harmony house. Plenty of room, easy breezy walk to bean point. We loved the vibe, all the tropical landscapes, and the sweet little soaking pool. It was a perfect island hideaway. Will say though make sure to bring any seasoning you need they don’t have anything like that.

We have been staying here for years now and it's like our second home. Anna Maria is the best place in Florida !!!

This house might be a bit dated on the inside, but if you're like us, you're there for the FL sunshine and time by the pool! The outdoor oasis and screened-in porch are where we spent the majority of the time when at the house, and we loved it! The kitchen was great for cooking meals - plenty of knives, tableware, and cookware. The house is also in a great location, on the quiet side of the island. It's a shaded walk to the beach and a short walk to Pine Ave. (great for bike rentals, food, and shops). Besides the blast-from-the-past decor, the only other downside is that the pool might be small for any more than 3-4 guests. All in all, we really enjoyed this hidden gem!

We have been staying here for several years now and are already looking forward to returning next year

Harmony House was a very comfortable home near the beach, and on a quiet part of the Island. Kitchen was very nicely equipped and cupboards were labeled so all items were easily found.

This property is wonderful, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the house. Our two adult daughters, along with their husband and boyfriend shared this property with my husband and I for the weekend. For six adults, there was more than enough space. The layout of the house is perfect. The location of the property is terrific, for walking to the beach or biking/walking to local restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and beautifully landscaped backyard. The screen porch was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning, enjoy meals, and work on a puzzle. The grill was so clean and we prepped a delicious dinner using the grilling area/tools provided. We rented bikes from Beach Bums and had lots of fun pedaling around the island! There were plenty of beach toys at the house, if you have kids that might enjoy those. There were two beach chairs in the beach supplies, but one was broken….so for six of us….we only had one very “light-weight” beach chair. If you are looking to spend hours on the beach, sitting comfortably, a beach chair rental would be a must. Beach Bums is a convenient place to rent beach chairs. The other thing that would be handy for a family at this rental is a beach cart….not sure how a young family would get kids and beach supplies to the beach without a beach wagon. I would highly recommend this property. We would return again!

I loved staying in Harmony House! Though it's decor and finishes are mostly older it's extremely clean and comfortable. Loved staying on the north end of the island for the first time, walk to the beach was so easy! Kids and I swam in the little pool everyday. Would rent this house again! I will say it could use some beach chairs and a wagon but we dove down so we brought our own.

The perfect spot for our 1st beach house rental! The right amount of space for our family of 8. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Nice short walk to the beach at Bean Point and shopping and dinning just a small 15 minute walk. We would return again if we get the opportunity to do so.

House was clean and in a great location. Walk to the beach was a bit far, but not bad with a wagon to pull our stuff. There are three bedrooms, one king room, on double room, and one room with two twins beds. Additionally, there is a den area with a sofa and door to close.

Great house in a great location! Looks small from the outside, but very roomy inside. Short walk to the beach and the pool is great for a refreshing dip. Love the north side of the island- very family oriented and there are great restaurants and shops nearby. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

We loved the property. It was spacious. There was an extra little room that we used for the baby to sleep in. It was clean. The walk to the beach wasn't far. And the cocktail pool was just perfect! The only real issue was that the owner scheduled landscaping to be done while we were there. It was all day long and noisy so the baby couldn't really nap. It was in the backyard so we didn't feel comfortable using the pool. We had made this reservation December 30 so the owner had approximately 4 1/2 months notice that we would be there to block out a different day. The only other suggestion I would make is to have a high chair on property. But, now that the landscaping is done, people probably won't have those issues.

We chose this house because it was literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, had a private pool, and it is located in a very quiet part of the island. After our stay, the only downside was dealing with the management company.The Good...First, you technically only have to cross one street to get to the beach and traffic there is almost non-existant. There is a city-owned beach access alley that runs between a couple of the nearby houses and will take you all the way there. I highly suggest you bring a wagon because if you have kids or a lot of beach gear it'll just make your life easier.Next, the pool. It is a small pool that is about 4.5ft deep at the deepest part. I don't know about cramming 6 or more adults in there but for my wife and 2yr old it was absolutely perfect. It is private and the plants and trees around it made it more special.Finally, this is a very quiet part of the island. It's all residential but you're still only half a mile from the nearest shops. I highly recommend renting a golf cart while you are staying because it was much easier (and fun) to get around. There is very limited parking and there are lots of other golf carts and pedestrians so having a golf cart makes things so much better.The Bad...This house is managed by Vacassa and I don't know if the following is typical of them or not.First, we were notified the first day of our arrival that roof inspectors would be there to check the roof and we didn't have to stick around for that. We were offered by the Guest Service Manager a "meal on Vacassa up to $20 a person" for the inconvenience. Guess what....sent the receipt and then....crickets. Even sent another email a couple days after the first one...crickets again. Second, a random tech showed up while we were swimming and began working on fixing a toilet issue among other things. The tech was nice and it wasn't an inconvenience but no one told us they were coming.Finally, the cleaning person showed up 30 min before our checkout time and it made us feel rushed to get out. It was just uncomfortable even though they didnt nothing wrong.Side note: we thought there was black mold on the main bedroom ceiling. The Guest Service Manager said a tech looked at it and claimed it was dust. I hope they were right but I dont know why it wouldn't have been dealt with before people rented it out.

This house is so comfortable! Easy access to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

The home is perfect and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy . The only very frustrating issue is the Internet/Wifi connections. We spent the entire stay struggling to watch tv or hear music due to horrible reception. We contacted customer service and were told it would be taken care of, but no one contacted me back or came to the property.

The property has a wonderful location, with a very near beach access. Is a nice and clean place with a beautiful pool.

We will definitely love to stay at Harmony House again! The house was way more than we thought and everything they provide is awesome!

We had an amazing experience staying in this house. It was cozy, lots of kitchen utensils, with marvelous bedding. We enjoyed one of the best vacations as a family.
