Beautiful room with sea view, good beds, everything you may need: pots, pans, friendly hosts, 50 meters from the sea, nice little town, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

My daughter was bitten by mosquitos (I thought no mosquitos in March/April, but we had few). We had some-kind of repellent for mosquitoes in room, but it didn't work (old)... So keep in mind to bring one on holiday with you :-)

Lovely studio apartment, located right on the beach. The lady who looked after the apartments couldn’t do enough for us, and it was excellent value for money. Supermarket and bakery 5 minute walk away. Frequent buses to Kos town.

No English TV

Studios are very clean and lovely. The host Athena is exceptionally caring and friendly. Just 1-2 minutes walk to the restaurants, supermarket, kite beach (or beach in general). Balcony with sea view to enjoy breakfast...

Our studios had everything we needed but are comparatively small... We traveled as a family (two adults + child which needed a crib) and had a studio with double bed and single bed. The single bed was in this case unused and the crib required additional space which made everything quite tight. A lot of mosquitoes:/

Very high standard and modern studios, we've stayed there twice now been very happy to do so.

There's nothing to dislike at all. Always welcoming and friendly and great location overlooking the wonderful Mastahari beach.

Landlord very helpful, caring and so sorry for the not-working internet connection :-). Parking places, restaurants, little grocery stores and beaches at arm's reach.

Nice location, clean

Thin walls. You can hear your neighbor breathing.

Athena was the best housekeeper.Clean rooms,new towels and everything else every day.Unusual "living in studio" experience and atmosphere for us.The beach with white sands within 3minutes walkaway and same about super- and minimarkets.Restaurants and bars are all around with super service.From airport to Mastichari by the buss is 2euros for person.

Location next to the sea line. The penthouse has a sea view from the terrace/balcony. A couple of restaurants and mini markets in a walking distance. 7 minutes walk to get from the ferry to the studio. The bathroom surprised me in a positive way. The kitchenette was pretty good equipped. The host arrange for us the taxi to pick up us early in the morning.

The penthouse apartment definitely needs better ventilation. The smell of dampness was hanging in the air. You get used to it after a couple of minutes if you don't have sensitive smell. My wife unfortunately has. Somewhere in other comments I noticed that some other rooms are freshly renovated, thus I would not consider the penthouse the best option available.
