Very nice apartment. Close to the city via tram. Well furnished with good amenities. Comfortable beds. We spent nearly ten days there and loved the apartment.

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Direct access to Fawkner Park and centrally placed for easy access to Albert Park, Melbourne’s Botanical Gardens, the city and St Kilda’s beach, piers and attractions. Nice to have sea views and open aspects.

There was no face washers that we could see and a great coffee machine but no coffee 😢

No black teabags,loose tea but teapot had no strainer,a big point for big tea drinker,if had of known would have brought our own,lounge not very comfortable for 3 adults to watch tv

Great location. Walk to Prahran market and plenty of cafes and restaurants or catch a tram from right outside, straight up St Kilda Rd to Melbourne CBD. Apartment was really clean and kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were new and clean. Staff and neighbours were polite and friendly. The pool, sauna, steam room facilities were sensational. Free car parking was a game changer. Owner was excellent at communication leading up to the stay, receiving my payment, advising of the rules and returning my $200 deposit. I would definitely stay here again.

BYO towels or you'll be stuck using your bath towel for the pool and sauna and then worse, using a sopping wet chlorine towel after a shower. Consierge can't give you any towels and tells you to contact the owner. The owner ignores communication. When windy, a constant howling/whistling noise goes through the apartment. It stops if you lay down clothing or towels or something at the bottom of the door to block the wind flow. I wouldn't stay here if I had children under the age of 12 as there is a lot of pressure to stay constantly quiet. Another tip, bring air freshener. The tenth floor didn't smell so fresh. Maybe because the garbage shute is on that level? Not sure but a quick spray every second day fixed the problem.

Beautiful place will definitely be staying again when in Melbourne next, pool an kids play area was amazing great for the kids.

The bed was quite hard for me an my partner both had sore backs the next morning. But other then that was fine

The apartment was new and modern in a fantastic building in a great location. Team stop in front and a short walk to shops. When booking through Booking.com I did not realise it was an Airbnb! The apartment had toiletries and detergents, but having arrived late in the evening some milk in the fridge would have been nice and a biscuit. Small rubbish bins in the bathrooms would have been more convenient. No ironing board and the glass doors needed a good clean to appreciate the view.
