Looks better than the photos, lovely pool, great view from upstairs- bed super comfortable- don’t need a mosquito net, excellent ac, Gede was available to organise anything that you needed….turn down service daily and close to places to eat.

Property was well located

There was no air conditioning on the ground floor and this made the ground floor extremely hot and given we were there in November uncomfortable to use the ground floor.

Staff was great and attentive. Conveniently located right beside a convenience store and few eateries

Cleanliness could be better as flooring was oily during check in, felt it was mopped hastily. Pool lights was not working at night.

My favourite place of the 4 hotels we stayed at while in Indonesia. We were greeted from the second we got there on the beach by two of the villa managers, the villa is absolutely stunning, gorgeous location away from the busy part of the island but only a short taxi, scooter or walk away from lots of places! The villa itself is stunning, private pool is a dream,we also were able to book almost everything through the villa manager Janu by just messaging on WhatsApp which was great!! (In villa Massages, snorkelling trip, spa treatment, dinner reservations, pickup/drop off). Cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

Only thing I would have liked was some thicker pillows they were very small and soft.

excellent staff everything was exceptional service. Juni and driver guru very helpful with everything to meet our needs. The 2 young men that came everyday to clean were very thorough and friendly. view and location to small shops restaurants was good. The therapist ayu just down the road was very experienced and loved going there

The stairs weren’t great for me but I managed. good exercise. The bathroom needed a better curtain that covered window. Felt very exposed and the fan needed to have a middle speed. It was either too fast or hardly on. umbrella was broken and power went off if 2 appliances were being used at the same time.. might have just been the powerboard

Beautiful villa had a wonderful stay ☺️ the staff are fantastic. Great location for getting around the island would definitely stay again we loved it .

The property is located close to restaurants and walking distance to both the beach and yellow bridge. The pool is lovely and the outdoor area very comfortable The fridge is well stocked with a good variety of snacks and drinks at a reasonable price

The property whilst nice is older than it appears in the photos. The water pressure in the shower is very weak and takes quite a while to heat up. Additionally there was a septic smell coming from the bathroom In terms of WIfI the signal is quite slow. I think it does need to said that it is an island and wasn’t expecting top tier services but it is worth noting we also had some some challenges getting a hold of the guest relations manager who it turns out was not present during our stay. so best you clarify that You are best to contact restaurants or bars directly for them to come and pick you up

Great location and easy to hire a scooter to go exploring. The communication and help was exceptional. We were met from the ferry and taken to the villa and had everything explained to us in detail. My husband unfortunately caught dengue fever the first day we arrived at Lembongan (wasn’t caught on the island)The villa manager, Janu, looked after us with getting us a car to the medical centre to see a doctor, messaging us to see if we needed anything and even came by with fruit and juices to help my husbands symptoms. All we needed to do was message Janu on WhatsApp and he’d arrange anything we needed. He never made us feel like we were asking too much. Staff were also brilliant. Fridge was a great size and could fit bottles of wine inside! Really nice view of the bay and seaweed farmers. Staff came to clean daily and then before dusk to spray and set up for mosquitos. They also left us overnight mosquito cream to put on to be extra safe. We didn’t see any mosquitos inside during our stay though. There were 2 decent restaurants a few metres walk away, looking over the water. The only complaint I have is there’s no air conditioner downstairs, only a fan. We didn’t get too hot though and the bedroom aircon worked well. There was a tv downstairs and in the bedroom. Both tvs had foxtel. Janu the manager could be contacted at any time via WhatsApp. Janu also arranged our transport to the ferry and transport to and from the villa. There was a nice massage place 30 seconds walk over the road. Overall a great stay, considering my husband wasn’t well. 😊😊

We had the most wonderful stay at Secret Outlook! Our host Janu met us on arrival and gave us a warm welcome. The staff were extremely attentive. The Villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. We also loved the location.

The property was beautiful, spacious and with great views. Very nice outdoor and pool area. Also the customer service from getting picked up, cleaning and turn down service was outstanding.

Amazing place to stay. Pool perfect temperature to enjoy afternoon sun. Location walking distance to the best restaurants and yellow bridge. Accommodation clean and comfortable.

Great little villa on Lembongan. Close to restaurants and not far from the yellow bridge to Ceningan. perfect villa for a couple. staff so attentive. very clean. pool was small but what you would expect for a small villa. did the trick non the less! perfect getaway.

I liked the location, you can rent a motorbike from the owner for 5e/day. We enjoyed every minute. Thanks again to all the boys who clean and help solve any problem you have because they are extra helpful.

Location isn't the best as there aren't decent places to eat nearby. You need a scooter to go anywhere. Neighbors burning stuff next door daily was tiring.
