Location and price couldn't be beat. The room service was helpful. They always left the room clean. The beds were comfortable and linens new and clean.

The whole place is just a little tired. Some bulbs are burnt out. Some signs are handwritten on paper or cardboard. Just a few touches could make the experience more pleasant.

This is an odd hotel that have seem better days. The meal option was disappointing and the waitress clearly had some where more interesting to be than providing us with a meal. If you take a meal option there is a bottle of wine for every 2 people, this was not explained to us. We did not realize that we were the only guest (and people) in the hotel after the evening meal until we checked out. The room and remote control needed a clean It was impossible to ventilate the room without opening the door to the room which let in noise from the road and passes by. The room smelt strongly of air freshener. The toilet seat was loose. The air conditioner was old and needed a clean, as was covered in dust. We had to lock up the hotel and leave our keys for hotel with the Venta next door. I did contact the owner and tell him what we had done, but he has not replied to our message

Fantastic location. Friendly service. The beds were unusually comfortable (compared to other hotels at a similar price). Large bathroom. I really don't understand why this hotel is getting so many bad reviews. You cannot compare this hotel to a place that is way more expensive.

There was not much ventilation but the AC worked good. And there could have been more soap/shampoo, the tiny little bags did not work for us, so we had to buy more at a nearby shop.
