The food was delicious - fresh and tasty (both breakfast and dinner), definitely recommend it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was a bit small but comfortable enough. The best thing about the hotel is definitely location as it's in the city centre so everything is ether there or close.

The pool is a bit too small for the capacity of the hotel guests so we couldn't get a free lounge chairs at the pool area, the sauna needs improvement as it's definitely too small and it doesn't provide any intimacy and relaxation (not enough lounge chairs, the refreshments and beverage were very basic).

Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend !!!!!!Egal ob Rezeption, Spa, Servicekräfte……alle waren sehr freundlich!!!! Wir konnten früher einchecken und bekamen auch einen gratis Parkplatz wegen Behinderung!! Vielen Dank an die Herren der Rezeption:))) Das Buffet(Frühstück und Abendessen) war zwar klein aber sehr gut und frisch, für jeden etwas dabei.Meine Tochter ist Vegetarierin und sie hat auch genug Auswahl gehabt. Unser Hund war auch Willkommen, es gab Leckerlies für sie. Im Speisesaal gibt es einen“ Hundecorner“, das heißt man kann seinen Hund zum Essen mitnehmen in einen eigenen Raum!!!! Der Spabereich ist der Hammer!!! Das Hotel liegt perfekt direkt am Strand. Wir genossen die langen Spaziergänge am Lungomare. Dankeschön dem gesamten Team für die wunderbare Zeit bei euch:)))) Wir kommen wieder!!!!

Die Zimmer sind halt schon abgewohnt. Das Gebäude ist ca. 120 Jahre alt und wunderschön!!!!

Frühstück: es war alles vorhanden .-) Essen: war sehr gut und ausreichend

Zimmer: Fenster waren sehr undicht, bei Wind hat sich sogar der Vorhang bewegt. Der Ventilator konnte leider nicht extra abgeschaltet werden, er war sehr laut und beim Einschlafend etwas störend- auch als wir Stromausfall hatte ca. 2 Stunden ist der Ventilator weitergelaufen.

Odlična lokacija, predivna zgrada i lijepo uređena i čista soba. Osoblje izuzetno, simpatični i susretljivi. Masaža i spa odlični, bazen vrlo lijep i ugodan.

Večera nije ispunila očekivanja iako je doručak dobar. Dosta mali izbor upitne kvalitete. Ipak, bili smo krajem 11. mjeseca tako da je možda situacija bolja u vrijeme sezone.

Gute Lage, schönes Gebäude und damit ein tolles Flair, Personal spricht mehrere Sprachen. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und umfangreiches Buffet beim Abendessen. Pool ist angenehm groß.

Ein klassisches, persönliches Problem: Matratzen waren leider viel zu weich.

Hrana za zajtrk je bila odlična, večerje pa za hotel s 4☆ pod povprečjem. Od 8PM naprej zmanjkovali določene hrane, hladna hrana (glavna jed, juhe,..), sladice pa zmanjkale že ob 19.30PM. 😥😥

Frühstück: großes und sehr gutes Angebot, lediglich der Kaffee war immer nur lauwarm.

_der Mangel des nicht schliessenden Fensters wurde leider nicht behoben. Für uns ohne große Auswirkung, aber vom Heizbedarf nicht ok_

Staff at reception and at breakfast was super nice and helpful. All our questions were answered promptly and always very helpful. Even booked us a table at a restaurant for us. Parking is nearby 3 minutes on foot. Secure, but outside. Breakfast was lovely. Huge selection, everything from fruit, cereal, hams, cheeses, scrambled eggs (full continental) as well as delicious local sweets. They were super! Plenty of restaurants to chose from nearby which have good food. Shopping in little boutiques by the beach 3 mins walk away. Secure beach right opposite, also a small bay area which has not too deep water (maybe 1 -1.3M deep), safe for children to play in. Lots of ice cream and beach food nearby. Thai massage on the beach!

Parking is good and secure, but outside. So the car can heat up. Parking is a premium in Opatija so this is a good option overall. I was happy with it. If you are staying longer, take a car protective cover if you don't want birds or tree leaves on your car. We had sea view, however, it wasn't a big balcony that you could sit out and enjoy. If you want balcony, make sure you book that specifically. View was absolutely lovely even in this way, so it's not a complaint! :)

I loved the view from the hotel on the sea, also rooms are very nice and comfortable.

Not enough gluten free options, also when I asked the staff they didnt bother to check or offer alternatives.

Breakfast was top-level, with diverse choice. We've booked economy room and we've got top room with balcony and sea view - very generous. Location of hotel and Austro-Hungarian Habsburg era vibe is fantastic. Instead of parking in hotel parking area (we've red some bad reviews) we've parked in spacious garage of shopping center very close for 23 eur/day.

Spa is rather small and relax zone get flooded during day. Everything else is superb.

Beautiful view of the seafront. Loved the balcony! Staff were helpful and breakfast was amazing! A wide range of hot and cold food, well presented around a central buffet area. Good coffee and fresh honeycomb.

We enjoyed the pool, the choice of spa and sauna. Enjoyed the breakfast spread and views of ocean from our room.

It is bit of walk from hotel room to swimming pool, but worth it.

All the staff was super friendly at the reception, the restaurant, the bar and the spa. Thank you for a lot of chocolate!

Everything was perfect. There was no shampoo in our room, but later they gave us not only shampoo but also conditioner and everything extra!
