The design of the room. Good key card and electricity system. Shower and sink separate from toilet works well. Enough lightning and well placed sockets. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, excellent breakfast and pleasant lounge. Location couldn’t be better. Staff very helpful.

The elevator was difficult and was out of order. The quilt cover was heavy. The dark colors and dim lighting along with lack of printed information made it difficult to locate things.

Excellent location in the city centre, close to railway station. Friendly staff, warm room and fine breakfast spread.

Very poor orange juice for breakfast, basically coloured water.

Central beliggenhed med mange buslinjer og letbane. Parkering i egen gård eller underjordisk ved Margrethepladsen. Kaffe og kage om eftermiddagen samt frugt og vand.

Morgenmadsrestauranten med personale der larmer ustandselig og ikke er gæstevenlig.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are comfortable and tasteful, the breakfast is lovely (smiley eggs and crispy bacon) and the staff (every one of them) were extremely friendly and helpful - ‘of course’ I was told when commenting how grateful I was for the help I had received - no, nowadays it is not ‘of course’

At man kunne få varme drikke frit i løbet af dagen og at der var snacks. At det var nemt at tjekke ind og ud.

Der var alt for lydt, man kunne høre alt fra de andre rum og gangen mm. Sengen var elendig, man skulle vente i næsten ti minutter på varmt vand, bruseren skulle afkalkes, der manglede hylder eller andet så man kunne pakke sin taske/kuffert ud. Irriterende at hvis man skulle bruge wcet om natten så vækkede man som partner ved at tænde lyset derude, da glasdøren vendte imod sengen.

Excellente locatie schuin tegenover station en busstop Billund airport bus. Prima ontbijt.

Meget god morgenbuffet. Venlige receptionister. Parkering lige uden for døren.

Lydt i forhold til nabo- eller genboværelse, som havde lyst til at spille musik meget sent på aftenen.

Lang ventetid på telefon - tastede 5 men blev aldrig ringet op. Måtte booke på hjemmesiden.

Frühstück war gut , Lage zentral in der Innenstadt, Kostenfreier Kaffee/Snack war lecker

WLAN veraltete Sicherheit damit Nutzung nicht möglich, Parkplatz sehr eng und schwer zu finden bei Anreise, Zimmer war zu Innenhof mit Schule / Internat/ Kindergarten und deshalb sehr laut. Betten sehr weich. Wie in allen Milling Hotels jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück, egal welcher Ort (bei mehreren Tagen sehr monoton)

Well located and presented. Staff very helpful and the coffee and cake in the lounge a generous touch.

No air con and it was pretty warm. Window opened above busy street.

Breakfast was very Danish and tasteful.

It was very hot - a fan in the room in summer would have been nice Busy noisy location in the "less nice" part of Aarhus - but very convenient for the train station

Nice and clean

Only ventilation was to open the window to a busy city street. Booked parking onsite and was sent 10mins walking to a parking lot at another hotel. Next time I'll just book that hotel.

All the staff were very warm and welcoming - from the front office team (day and night) to the ladies at the restaurant.The rooms are sound- proof, so you don't hear the noise from the road. The hotel is by the city centre and easily accessible to most of the tourist attractions. The breakfast is fantastic - a good range of food. The hotel also provides some snacks in the afternoon. Constant supply of tea and coffee in the lobby.

Centrally located near the railway station. Nice hotel with great staff! Comfy beds, comfortable spacious room. We were able to store our bikes in a safe place.

Great Location, really friendly staff and wonderful breakfasts! The guest lounge with complimentary coffee and cake was just an added bonus. Really enjoyed our stay and will come back again!
