Tout …c est une catastrophe notre location est catastrophique. On nous a changé de chambre une fois , car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Ensuite nous sommes dans une nouvelle chambre plus petite. Car ils en n’avaient plus disponible. Une autre catastrophe, l’hygiène, la vétusté de la chambre. Salle de bain bouché, la climatiseur , la Tv ne donc pas…brefffJe suis client fidèle de Booking . Mais la c est la limite du soutenable. Je n’ai pas en vie de perdre mon temps avec la réception à discuter. Nous sommes encore là 2 jours . Je souhaite un remboursement de la semaine.

Amazing location big apartament very clean. I would love to come back

Very nice for the price you pay. Apartment is comfortable and fully equipped and in general in pretty good condition. They came to clean the room and change our towels and bed sheets every day.

Views were not the best from our apartment and also, they said in the booking that we would have swimming pool but they located us in a different building with no swimming pool. We didn't mind much but it would have been good to know this in advance.

The location was the only good factor for this property.

First room provided to us had no working air conditioner, the next room provided to us had a clogged toilet despite being unclogged by a handyman. Some staff were cold when trying to get information, as well as not completing their admin correctly and locking us out of our room a day before our check out date stated on our booking. Air conditioner remotes and hair dryers were available upon request but no staff had mentioned that this was possible. Also, wifi did not work for more than 5 minutes.

From the moment I arrived until the day I left the staff were nothing but kind and helpful! The cleaners came daily, were thorough and very friendly.

Really close to the beach, kitchenette had a hub, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, the room was cleaned every day if we left the green facing card on the door handle, don't think we ever had our towels changed daily before so this was much appreciated, there is a SPAR and also a local Supermercado about 20 seconds walk from the apartments, there is an elevator, swimming pool looked clean although we didn't use it as we went to the beach instead every day, the beach being less than 5 min walk, there are a few local restaurants nearby but also a Burger King (the KFC was even closer but was closed we we visited at the end of October). There is a bus station nearby which we used to go into Ibiza Town but we also walked a few times, the station also showed there is a bus that goes to the airport and back, although we took a taxi (it's about 6-7 minutes only by taxi)

The fact that they are all apartments for tourists meant that we had some very loud neighbours for a few nights, they were partying for a long time, so be prepared for this possibility in case you travel with small children like we did, luckily ours were exhausted after a whole day at the beach that actually slept through all of that. Obviously this has nothing to do with Bon Sol, it was just our bad luck. The bathroom was quite outdated and we kept having to lift the top of the basin to actually flush the toilet.

The apartment was meant to be cheap and cheerful. It was dated ,dirty , a fan that was disgusting . Smelt of smoke ,curtains raggy .
