small rooms tight bathroom next to two sinks bees everywhere due to bee hive protection inside hotel premesis pool towels are only available at the spa rather than pool itself same exact breakfast everyday even though its varied to a certain extent

The hotel is an excellent solution for people who have kids under 2-3 yo. We stayed half-board and food was excellent. The beach is 5 mins walk, with all kids facilities (slides, swings, etc.) there. The pools and beach bar are a great plus. The staff has been amazing, friendly and nice. We will miss the Lesante atmosphere so much!

Tsilivi beach not very nice -

Not the fault of the hotel but Tsilivi beach was dirty and we didn’t really enjoyed our time on the beach there.

Nice spacious rooms. Excellent staff! Food at breakfast was really tasty and we enjoyed also Neptune’s lunch and dinner a couple of times.

Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the room cleaning staff was very helpful.

We booked a one day boat trip for the large size boat and we were charged more than the price for a mid size boat. Also, the boat didn’t have any of the snorkel gear and swim vests as promised

it is incorrectly listed as 5 star when in reality you drive to a drab reception, noisy pool and soon realise it’s on a flight path and not operating to a 5 star standard so you feel let down and disappointed

The location is not really nice. public beach !! food is average the hotel looks old and is definitely not a 5 stars hotel ! the guests are not friendly!

It is a joke to name this a 5 stars hotel. 1. rooms are incredibly small 2. the hotel doesn’t have any private beach and the public beach nearby is extremely crowded and dirty. we had to rent a car and drive 25 min to reasonable beach 3. the pool has tones of chlorine, more than I have ever seen anywhere else. You could see it on the button and it’s the first time I am in a pool and I a couldn’t stay without goggles 4. breakfast food is very poor. Plus it doesn’t have good coffee. we discovered that you can ask the to bring coffee from the pool bar, but this was luck as noone from hotel would have suggested us 5. with a couple of exceptions (lady from pool restaurant and lady from pool bar), stuff was not friendly and behaved like you are asking only for favors 6. you need to take / leave pool towels from the underground, which is not acceptable for a 5s hotel the list can go on. We definitely couldn’t relax as we wanted at this hotel and would never recommend it.

We really liked the staff which was very helpful and the pools. Also, breakfast and the a la carte restaurant were very good.

The hotel was definitely not a 5 stars one, maybe a 4 stars at best. Although the rooms were big, they were quite old and rusty. The bathroom had old, chipped tiles and a very unconfortable bathtub and shower. In the morning the cleaning ladies did a lot of noise, making it inpossible to rest anymore. Food and drinks expensive and when we asked for some fruits instead of breakfast as we were leaving the hotel very early, they did not have this option.

With the exception of the a la carte restaurant, there is not much to like unfortunately.

Even if the location is close to the beach, the hotel does not have its own private beach and the public beach in Tsilivi is rather crowded and not clean. The breakfast has a poor choice with many items that are prepared quite in advance so definitely not what one would expect from a Greek 5-star hotel. And the worst was the instant coffee. The pool area even if it could be nice, you can’t really use it since “towel army” lay their towels at 07.00 but in reality arrive around 10-11 and the hotel staff does nothing about it. We had the misfortune to have a room quite close to the elevator area so if we could understand the late night noise of people going to their rooms; we definitely could not understand the chitchat done by housekeeping at 5 am.

The rooms are not at 5 stars at all; bad wifi, smell in the room was like someone smoked; the problem was the ventilation, I was needed to change the room but in the end it was the same; I appreciate that the manager tried to find a solution.
