The bed was veeery comfy

The room was freezing cold! There was not a possibility to change the temperature and I had to sleep with my sweater on. Self check in is a real pain, especially at the end of a long day of work. I hate doing it myself and have no one to ask for help.

Da jeg ankom var ikke rommet klart. Var knotet å finne koder og riktig tlf nr da alt er nettbasert, for å kunne sjekke inn. Fikk til slutt nytt rom, men måtte betale ekstra for dette selv om jeg hadde booket i god tid. Rommet var helt greit, men det gikk ikke an å lukke igjen dusje dører så alt på badet ble vått da jeg dusjet. Frokost var grei nok, men veldig dårlig utvalg.

Vi fikk rom rett over inngangen til en nattklubb. Veldig mye støy på lørdag kveld/natt.

Da jeg bestilte rommene fikk jeg ikke med meg at frokosten ikke var inkludert i prisen, det kunne den gjerne vært. Og så var det jo litt styr dette med ubetjent resepsjon; komme seg inn døra med kode, og det å skulle lage sine nøkkelkort. Men det gikk jo greit!

We traveled with our cat and we needed also to pay for him, but it was really nice that they allowed having ka pet. Our room was quiet big, really clean with a city view. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom also was big enough. The hotel was next to the city center, like 5 minutes walk.

The reception is self-serviced, so if there is a problem with the reservation you need to call. It would be helpful if there is a person at the reception as well.

Loved that the breakfast was included.

It was very noisy. We stayed there to get some sleep but there was so much noise we couldn’t even sleep. It would be nice to have a warning for people who make too much noise.

Excellent situation for trains, shops and buses Very clean and beds comfortable. Small but brilliant shower. Breakfast very good nordic style. Very good value for money considering it is Norwegian prices. Brilliant children's games room. Washer and dryer facilities

No room hairdryer if needed. Tea and coffee available from a machine on payment except breakfast No frills but it did the job well
