The lady in reception was nice

Lots of construction around the hotel, but got no instructions on how to arrive beforehand. Very hard to find the entrance even after we called the reception. The hotel was very dated, everything felt old, bathrooms didn't feel very fresh. Rooms were quite uninviting and beds uncomfortable. Cleaning was a bit so-so, my bed had sand or crumbs or something in it when I arrived. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming and mostly processed foods.

Hotel in the very center of the city. Parking for cars is located in the courtyard of the hotel and in order to enter it you need to go around the hotel on the next street. I had a single room. The room has a bathroom, a kettle and tea and coffee bags. Near the hotel there is a grocery supermarket Prism. I arrived at the check-in at 19:00 and there was no one at the reception, but a digital code was sent to my phone number for the lock from the front door to the hotel and to the room itself, and I was able to enter my room without any problems and stay in it. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, there are no foreign smells. In general, I liked it.

I couldn't find information about what time breakfast starts, which is included in the price. I wrote a question to support, but I received an answer only when I had already left the hotel. In the evening, there is no one on Resepshin, and if you suddenly have problems, for example, with a lock on the door to your room, then no one will help you and you will stay overnight on the street. Another unpleasant moment that I had to leave the hotel at 5.30 am, and in the morning I wanted to use the common kitchen, microwave or have breakfast, but I could not get to the reception and the kitchen because my code from the digital lock at the entrance to the kitchen and the receptionist was not correct and I could not open these doors. As a result, I was left without breakfast and at 5.30 in the morning I left without drinking my morning coffee, which is very unpleasant and I am very dissatisfied and upset about this. Breakfast was included in the price but I didn't get to use it.

The room was aesthetically pleasing, there was a sauna with a view, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very kind and friendly. It was also easy to communicate via the Booking.com app and on the phone.

There was some noise from the road from the kids and their motorbikes, but it's hardly anything to complain about. Everything else was perfectly comfortable.

Nice room, good location, good breakfast and good wifi. Excellent, that you could park your car behind the hotel.

The receptionists didn’t wear masks and neither did most of the guests in the breakfast room.

Made my own coffee. It was excellent. The kitchen facilities were ok.

Other guest's dissapointed me by leaving their dishes.
