Location & staff
Breakfast was a bit shambolic, but its end of season so foregivable
TV reception/functionality could be questionable, 2 fuzzy channels only, but you're not there to watch TV

Everything was ok! Good location of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the terraces and restaurants in the area. Panoramic sea view from the upper floors. The guys at the reception were very good, they were smiling all the time. We decided on the spot to take "all inclusive" and it was ok. We will get back to you when we have another chance.
The air conditioner in our room no longer had the deflectors for the air flow....but we managed...
On the first day of accommodation, in the bathroom, from the drains on the floor, there was a sewage smell... I put some alcohol and it was solved....The employees at the dining room could be more cheerful... and the hotel manager could be present when the meal is served...

Free private parking was the main reason why we chose this hotel.
The breakfast is not very rich. No fresh fruit. Most of the bread was spoiled.

Shower had a very bad smell, furniture was loose, WiFi did not work - although there were only 3 ppl in the lobby, food

location is all this hotel offers...
absolute disaster with car parking.. complete free for all.. staff had absolute no control of parking.. cars parked blocking in others. had to wait ages to get a vehicle to move.. reception staff blaming each others shift... efforts to speak to any ' manager ' failed as reception wouldnt pass on requests.. room was small & ill equipped.. no basic hotel info. no do not disturb sign. small TV with very poor signal & badly located.. thin curtains allowing flashing signs to be seen from outside.. stayed at this hotel many times but never again after this visit.. car parking saga was the last straw...
