The rooms and the property were as described

On arrival we were advised there was a charge for parking We advised that we had not been previously advised and there was no reference to an additional charge at the time of booking. We were referred to a message that was sent to us in English which advised that the local tax had increased, but no reference to any additional charge for parking, Below there was a message in French regarding the parking and we were advised that the matter would be referred to the manager in the morning. On check out the manager on duty was quite hostile and advised that the parking was at an additional cost as advised in French and if you didn’t speak French then that was your issue and not the hotels. For this reason an$ this reason alone I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great value for money. Recently renovated rooms, big beds, parking onsite, pretty nice pool area.

the staff were rude and unhelpful. despite asking for a table for dinner we were told , on arrival, that the restaurant was fully booked. we were not offered a room service option just told we could get a pizza at the entrance. through our own research we found a great restaurant just a short walk away . the bar staff were just plain rude and ignored me whilst they cleared up bottles. as for breakfast it was unappetising and again the staff were hopeless. as an overall assessment it appeared that there was a lack of front office management.

The Hotel is located in a peaceful area, we liked a lot the warm pool, the breakfast and our room.

Fake Nespresso coffee in the room (real Nespresso capsule would have been more appreciated at this level of hotel), our Teapot was broken and has not been changed with a new one.

The location is amazing, quiet, peaceful and beautiful sights close by. I was traveling with my dog and the room given was perfect as it had direct access to the back garden for the daily walks.

The only issue I had was with the Wi Fi connection, it was not possible to use it at all.

Extremely friendly staff at the reception desk and the restaurant. very comfortable beds and pillows and big bathroom. The air conditioner system in the room is one of the best I have ever seen.

Attention to cleaning could’ve been better. It was OK but not at the level of the other aspects of our stay. It seemed like they were understaffed.

very easy check in. The night receptionist was really helpful. Very pleasant room, clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy and large... also hotel was very quiet no noise and was very appreciated. .

the electric car charging point was not easy to use so had to charge with the domestic plug which takes longer.

Great location, easy to get to. Nice pool and facilities, friendly staff. The room and bed were surprisingly big!

The building would likely use some renovating.
