I don’t know”. q3 are there any cafes near the beach? we don’t know.” + swimming pool very small, dirty area especially under the hot plastic roof, pool water is very warm & dirty, not cool in the 30+ degree heat. +no baby changing table available on ground floor reception toilet, needed for families with small children ( this should be communicated to guests ) + no baby changing table available at swimming pool area, needed for families with small children ( this should be communicated to guests ) + Terrace in “superior room” the view is terrible overlooking a derelict house garden ( this should be communicated to guests ) +new bathroom very nice but no storage space, shelves to place toiletries, everything needs to be balanced around the sink. + the safe is not safe. The safe to store valuables is not secured to the wall. Therefore anyone can pick up the safe with valuables inside and remove it. This is not SAFE! + stairs by reception are very small and difficult to climb with small children in arms, suggest families are offered rooms downstairs not via the narrow staircase. This is not a four star hotel. A four star hotel does not offer faulty wifi, a dirty swimming pool and staff who do not know the local area ( how can you not know what food options are available in the local area )?

Great value for money. Central location. 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of parking around. Buffet breakfast was delicious! My sister got a massage at the Spa and really enjoyed it!

Very friendly helpful personnel, good breakfast buffet, very close to the town center, pets allowed, clean rooms with a terrace and a nice spa.

No private parking and finding parking spaces in August here is very difficult although there is a public parking area in front of the hotel it was almost always full, except late at night. Shower in our room was not very high, at 1.78 I had to stoop.

Very pleasantly surprised by the room the the way it separated the single bed from the main bedroom and a separate shower room. Our daughter was really over the top as she had her own private space -:) Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice after a hot day at the beach and sightseeing. We did not use the spa but I’m sure it would have been excellent after seeing the quality of the rooms etc. We would certainly go back if visiting the area.

Only drawback is the street parking but we never had a issue and always found a spot just outside the hotel.

Great location very very relaxing

Great location, a short walk to the beach and the town centre. The pool is not huge but big enough and the hotel is pretty family friendly. Our family room was well-proportioned with a nice terrace.

The receptionist was lovely. The room facilities were excellent but to expected for the price.

The decor. For this to work it needed to be beach front.
