Fabulous, attentive, and kind staff! VERY clean rooms, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Check-in was seamless, and they were all very accommodating and flexible. I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Bonn.

Clean, quiet, easy to find/acces. I loved that they send before a lot of informations bilingual about your option where u can eat and acces and you feel like u are welcomed.

The staff were most helpful! We accidentally left some expensive personal possessions in our room upon departure and the lady working there found them and ensured they were returned to us safely. We couldn’t be more grateful!

We had a nice extended weekend in Apartmenthotel Kaiser Karl. Very hospitable stay and reception by Marion. Centre of Bonn within walking distance. Nice room and a very quiet night's sleep. With a good and extensive breakfast to start the day. If we come back, this stay is listed with a dot!

Very clean and modern hotel. Nice spacey rooms and comfortable bed and shower.

Walking to the city wil take 10/15 minutes and not the most nicest streets. But overall not a big complaint.

Services were limited due to COVID. NOT the hotel's fault. Ask and find out what is available during your stay if COVID restrictions are still in effect.

Everything is perfect!

Mathias was very helpful. He called me to inform me that the reception will be closed by the time I will arrive and explained to me clearly how I should access the hotel and we took up his recommendation at Tuscolo and it was indeed awesome. Since the appartment was not full, Mathias even extended the check out time, which we really appreciated. The parking is also good value for money and the appartment is 15mins to the center and around 20mins to Beethoven house ! We shall definitely come back if in Bonn :)

Excellent will be an understatement. This is a beautiful property located 10mins by walk from Bonn central station/Bonn hbf. The lady at the front desk is a gem of person who makes you feel that you are staying at home and not in a hotel. The entire staff is very very helpful and would recommend people to stay here I will definitely stay here during my next visit.
