Das hotel hat die perfekte Lage wenn man den christmas garden nutzen möchte.
Das Frühstück war super es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auf wünsche ist man sofort eingegangen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet,das Personal sehr freundlich und der Service super. Wir kommen gern wieder hierher.

The hotel is very convenient, breakfast was outstanding! Beds are wonderful. Our room was very quiet. And the palace is worth seeing.
You have to drive at least 45 min from the motorway (A4 direction France), and the route is narrow and difficult, especially at night.
We booked the table in the hotel's restaurant, but when we finally arrived at 22.00, the restaurant and the bar were closed. Happily we got some Weinbrand (thank you!), but still I suppose we should have beed warned about restaurant's hours which are not mentioned at the website, btw.

My third visit to the hotel and again I have to give "10". I love this place. For small things like: gentle classical music during the breakfast, tasty liquor in the room, YouTube in the TV, peaceful surroundings, closeness to the Elberadweg.
As far as I remember restaurant is closed on Mondays. It could be downside. Is not for me.

A quiet and beautiful location beside Schloss Pillnitz and the River Elbe. It was very clean and comfortable and quieter than a hotel in central Dresden. Dinner was served on the terrace which was very nice.

It was not my first time in Schloss Hotel Pillnitz so I expected the highest quality of services. And I wasn't disappointed :) What can I say, it is just the perfect hotel.

Peaceful location, lovely building and very comfortable bedroom. Breakfast excellent, as was the dinner on the evening that we are there.
We hadn't realised hotel restaurants were closed on a Monday night. However, reception directed us to a lovely local restaurant instead.

My husband and I loved staying here on our honeymoon! We only booked one night, but it was our favourite stay of our entire trip. Upon arriving we were allowed to check in several hours early and the front desk clerk let us choose between two rooms. Our room had a wonderful view of the outer palace courtyard and was extremely clean and nicely updated.
My only disappointment was that we stayed on a Monday when the dining rooms were closed, we would have loved to experience dinner here because the rest of the hotel and service was so nice! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. We will definitely be back! Thank you Schloss Hotel Pillnitz for such lovely memories!

All the staff made us feel at home so friendly . Right next to the palace gardens and river so no need of the car . Everything in walking distance . Food excellent and rooms comfortable.

A beautiful place to stay
Was there on a Monday. Nowhere open close by, so only option to eat and drink was at the hotel.

Wonderful place close to Pillnitz Castle. Very good restaurant in the hotel, other good possibilities of eating nearby. Perfect place to visit the Castle and Christmas Garden. Good breakfast.
