Laughable........................ we were told the tea in the room was free, everything else was chargeable. The tea was horrible herbal stuff!! Just put English breakfast tea in there! Parking as usual, a nightmare

The hotel was in nice historic building. The room was clean with modern and big bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Had some interesting and tasty choices. The hotel has the best location for us. If the room would be more modern and confortable we would probably stay there for all our stay in Brno.

The room has some smell of humidity and look outdated. Bed was very bad.

Location close to the city centre.

Room was in need of update. Tiles on the shower room floor were cracked and broken, dangerous for bare feet. No bed side lamps or tables.

Parking is close to hotel, no problems with space on it.

The room was really dirty with unpleasant odour. Towels were old, ripped. Hotel is in noisy place. Breakfasts were poor, not tasty.

Bad light in room, not good wifi, far from the town centre. Stains on carpet. Incredibly cheeky staff with no respirators. They want you pay for coffee from coffee machine in room-i encountered that nowhere else. 41 czech crowns for one coffee from machine. Really?? 4 stars indeed. I cant say about my breakfasts that they tasted nicely.quite the opposite. And breakfast bakeries arriving late.. Noise at night. Bed shakes when bigger car goes past on the street. Please dont assign guests rooms with deffect .. and if you do, why dont you tell them you would send in electrician and arrange time that suits GUESTS? I really cant let in people when I am halfnude hurrying preparing for shower because i have theatre to go to. You should fix this stuff when the room is NOT rented and paid for. When i complained, your receptionist was unable to explain reasonably. and: Why do you close reception desk at 5 pm but say it closes at 6?bathroom and toilet space in the room is organized strangely, i hit door handles with my back and arms all the time. Same for breakfast room. Small people wont reach shower. And wont reach the cupboard high below ceiling. And those uncomfortable chairs! very disappointed.

Parking is free, but unpretentious...and the toilet is simply ridiculous, it's a type that should be on the wall, but it's on the floor. 🤣 Bathroom needs renovation.

I like this hotel and staf they helping people and good.. When i will travel again brno i perfer this hotel. I will suggest my friends too this hotel

I like everything but i suggest to change bath towels. Because it's was old and damaged..i suggest for use toilet fresher and room freshner. Because i feel bad smell for bathroom...
