The location was excellent! Very close to the Duomo and central area. Also, the room was VERY nice and big and the breakfast was great! We ate at the restaurant our last night and our server was exceptionally attentive but didn't rush us. The food was very good! Staff was very helpful

The bathroom toilet seat needs replacing. Also, the base of the bathroom door frame definitely needs replaced.

1. Very old structure. A metal bar fell on me from the window when I opened the curtains... 2. Receptionist was rude to foreign clients making fun of them in Italian... unacceptable. 3. Toilet sink only had warm water. 4. Breakfast room in basement with no windows. 5. Gym equipment not working.
