The staff is amazing, very helpful, always ready to help us, even the restaurant is good, the staff of the restaurant is very kind as well. The hotel is next to the beach,

View was incredible from the balcony. Great service. So friendly. We partially booked because it was advertised as LGBtQ friendly and we felt very comfortable there.

The elevator is a bit sketchy but pretty standard for older european buildings. I just took the stairs.

Vila Linda has a very good location: 2 minutes on foot to the beach, a bus station nearby, not far from the city center. My room was are in a very Sicilian style what I liked a lot! I also had a balcony with an amazing view. The stuff was very helpful and kind, could assist me in English as well. A pleasant bonus of a stay in Vila Linda was having a tasty breakfast in the morning. I’m very satisfied with my choice of Vila Linda as it was definitely a value for money!

I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Linda, the location was perfect, next to the beach and near to a bus stop. We had a nice room with a sea view and a balcony. The breakfast really good and the overall experience was great!

We had an emergency and had to go back to London. Called the hotel the morning after I confirmed the booking but they refused any kind of support/refund (didn't even try to re-sell the room which would have happened in no time, Sicily was extra full that week!). So we had to stay and made arrangements back home. Room was very dirty and dated. It was an old quadruple room and one of the two bedrooms had no window and was opening onto an horrid dirty kitchen with no cooker. We only managed to stay one night as hygiene was non existent and had to book at a nearby hotel instead. We lost all our money as staff was zero helpful in helping us get a refund. They also said none of what I was complaining about was true. They accepted for some of our friends to stay instead, but they also left after the first night as they thought the room was in very bad conditions (stained sofa, old appliances, old pillows with hair, pubic hair on bedsheets, dirty floors, stained bed cover, etc etc etc).

The Bathroom when we arrived to the Room was stinking of vomit and still had stains on the bathroom tiles, which in itself Is pretty disgusting. We then went to Reception to ask for them to clean it (that’s all we wanted) and the response was pretty rude as they made it very clear that they didn’t believe what we were saying (why would somebody complain about it vomit in a bathroom if it wasn’t real? Don’t get it). They then actually cleaned it and also replaced the Toilet seat however upon return to the Hotel we were informed that they still did not believe the bathroom was actually dirty even though they have cleaned it. Then they proceeded to be very condescending and insinuated that we were liars which made us very uncomfortable. It could have all been dealt more professionally and even just a “sorry” would have done it for us however the behaviour of some staff was quite frankly concerning.

Worst hotel in town. Forget about sleep, forget to have a clean shower, forget about COVID regulations...this hotel should have been closed 10 years ago. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

AC doesn't work and I have not slept at all. Very dissatisfied. I have had an impression that staff were aware of it too eew
