Our room window and balcony was on the busy street side ,very noise.

An excellent place. We stopped here for the second time, and almost everything was perfect.

They charged an additional fee for our pet even though there was no information about additional costs in the description — the only line you can find here is that pets are allowed. They did not charge it for the first time, but they did charge it this time, which did not feel nice (rather felt like cheating), and there was no one else apart from the receptionist to double-check it.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good and varied. Although there were no tea making facilities in the room, there are kettles to borrow from reception. .

It could be noisy at night from nearby bars and hotels. Unfortunately we had to keep the windows closed at night.

The overall look and feel of the hotel was really nice. The front of house staff were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. It’s in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the busy streets but just far enough away that getting to sleep is no problem. We had our two dogs with us(our dogs are large) they were a little taken aback at checkin but they made us feel just as welcome as anyone else and I really can’t fault them.

We had a nice family room with the bonus of a very large terrace. Breakfast and evening meal was lovely as were the staff

The breakfast was excellent, clean room, lovely hotel, staff were helpful most of all i love shopping, walking after breakfast, lots of places to eat and fantastic food I will visit again.

Not sure at this moment as it is my first time at Barcelona I liked everything i saw.

Good room with separate bedroom and spacious balcony. Comfortable bed. Delicious food in ristorante. Good location. Showers and luggage room on the base floor. Beautiful sea and beach in 400 meters.

There was specified in booking room 40 sq.m., but our room looked like less. The safe in the room is paid, scales in the hall are paid to.

Service, good rooms, location, amazing staff at resto, and professionalism of Juan Carlos. Our dog received a present at arrival, pleasant surprise.

Friendly staff. Tasty food. Close to the sea. Large double room. Air conditioning, refrigerator. Close to huge shops and parking.

No slippers, bathrobes in the room. Safe in the room for an additional fee. Small pool. Seating guests in the restaurant. You can't just pick a place. Noisy outside. Cafe under the windows and drunken screams all night. Guinea pig not allowed.

Nice room size. Love having a sofa and not only a bed for our staying. Amazing breakfast. Great staff, very helpful. Pool area was lovely and having the possibility of enjoy everything even after check out was awesome.

We think that checkout at 10:30AM is a little early. It would be way better like at 12:00AM or so. The key for the room, a vintage key I mean. It's been very long since I haven´t seen one. It's easier to carry a card in your wallet. It's not our priority, but TV was a bit small. Not a big deal, though.

Breakfast and dinner. The staff provided me with gluten free foods and our meals were freshly cooked and delicious.We also loved the fresh fruit on offer, especially the water melon. The staff are very nice.

The mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable, we went out and bought better pillows and a mattress topper. I was also very disappointed that our little dog can no longer accompany us to the bar, we therefore missed all the entertainment rather than leave her shut in the room alone.
